नीति आयोग अंतर्गत आकांक्षी जिला एवं आकांक्षी प्रखंड कार्यक्रम के विकास कार्यों की गहन समीक्षा बैठक का आयोजन

गुमला : गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में गुमला समाहरणालय सभागार में आकांक्षी जिला कार्यक्रम एवं आकांक्षी प्रखंड कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत संचालित विभिन्न विभागीय योजनाओं की समीक्षात्मक बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में जिला स्तरीय पदाधिकारीगण,संबंधित विभागों के प्रतिनिधि , प्रखंड स्तरीय पदाधिकारी एवं नीति आयोग की आकांक्षी जिला कार्यक्रम से जुड़े समन्वयक उपस्थित रहे।

बैठक में मुख्य रूप से स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा, कृषि, बुनियादी विकास एवं अन्य महत्त्वपूर्ण विषयों पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई। उपायुक्त ने सभी विभागों से बिंदुवार प्रगति रिपोर्ट प्राप्त कर योजनाओं की अद्यतन स्थिति की समीक्षा की । इस दौरान विभिन्न सूचकांकों पर विशेष ध्यान केंद्रित किया गया। स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्र में एनसी (नवजात शिशु) पंजीकरण की स्थिति तथा कुपोषित एवं अति कुपोषित बच्चों की पहचान एवं उन पर प्रभावी कार्यवाही को प्रमुखता से उठाया गया।

उपायुक्त ने विद्यालयों में शौचालय तथा पेयजल व्यवस्था को यथाशीघ्र सुधार करने हेतु संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया। उन्होंने कहा कि विद्यालयों में शौचालय एवं पेयजल की व्यवस्था की कमी से बच्चों की पढ़ाई प्रभावित होती है।

बैठक के क्रम में कृषि क्षेत्र में किसानों के बीच सॉइल हेल्थ कार्ड वितरण की प्रगति पर चर्चा की गई। उपायुक्त ने सॉइल हेल्थ कार्ड वितरण की प्रक्रिया को गति देने की बात कही। उन्होंने कहा कि जिले के किसानों को इस सम्बन्ध में जागरूक करने की आवश्यकता है।

इसके अतिरिक्त बैठक में अन्य सूचकांकों पर भी विस्तारपूर्वक चर्चा की गई। जिन क्षेत्रों में प्रगति कम हुई है उन क्षेत्रों में सुधारात्मक कदम उठाने के निर्देश दिए गए। उपायुक्त ने कहा कि सभी विभागों को योजनाबद्ध एवं समन्वित रूप से कार्य करना होगा। प्रत्येक विभाग को अपने लक्ष्यों की पूर्ति के लिए तत्पर रहना होगा।

इसके साथ ही उपायुक्त ने सभी विभागों के निर्देशित किया कि अपने अपने विभागीय कार्यों की अद्यतन जानकारी MIS पोर्टल पर अनिवार्य रूप से दर्ज करें। उन्होंने पोर्टल पर डाटा की गुणवत्ता में सुधार एवं नियमित निगरानी पर विशेष ध्यान देने की बात कही ताकि नीति आयोग को समय पर सटीक सूचना उपलब्ध कराई जा सके।

बैठक के अंत में उपायुक्त ने सभी संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि आकांक्षी जिला एवं आकांक्षी प्रखंड कार्यक्रम की सफलता के लिए विभागीय समन्वय, समयबद्ध कार्यान्वयन एवं प्रभावी मॉनिटरिंग सुनिश्चित की जाए, ताकि जिले के नागरिकों को सीधे तौर पर इसका लाभ प्राप्त हो सके।

इस दौरान मुख्य रूप से सिविल सर्जन,गुमला, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक गुमला, जिला योजना पदाधिकारी, LDM, स्वास्थ्य विभाग के कर्मी,जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी, जिला गव्य विकास पदाधिकारी ,पीरामल फाउंडेशन के प्रतिनिधि, सहित अन्य सम्बंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी मौजूद रहे।
