गुमला : मासिक समीक्षा बैठक संपन्न

गुमला ः गुमला झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना कार्यालय में जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी सह जिला कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी कविता खलखो की अध्यक्षता में जिले के सभी प्रखंड शिक्षा प्रसार पदाधिकारी, प्रखंड कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी, कनीय अभियंता एवं लेखापाल सह कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर की मासिक समीक्षा बैठक सम्पन्न हुई जिसमें जिला कार्यालय के सभी सहायक कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी, सहायक अभियंता एवं फील्ड मैनेजर के समन्वय में प्रभागवार कार्य उपलब्धि की समीक्षा कर आवश्यक निर्देश दिए गए ।

जिले के सभी प्राथमिक, मध्य एवं उच्च सरकारी, अल्पसंख्यक एवं निजी विद्यालयों में इको क्लब अंतर्गत पौधारोपण एवं क्लब गठन के नोटिफिकेशन की समीक्षा में पाया गया कि सभी श्रेणी के 1,782 स्कूल द्वारा पौधारोपण के कुल लक्ष्य एक लाख साठ हजार के विरुद्ध जिले में अबतक 78 हजार पौधे लगाए गए हैं तथा 1275 स्कूल द्वारा नोटिफिकेशन अपलोड किया गया है । जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी द्वारा बताया गया कि सभी स्कूल के लिए वन विभाग द्वारा निःशुल्क 80 हजार पौधे की स्वीकृति दी गई है जिसे स्थानीय पौधशाला से सभी बीआरसी द्वारा उठाव और वितरण कराते हुए 25 अगस्त तक अनिवार्य रूप से सभी स्कूल द्वारा नोटिफिकेशन अपलोड करने सहित नामांकन छात्र संख्या अनुरूप स्कूल परिसर, मार्ग, सार्वजनिक स्थल आदि पर पौधारोपण कराते हुए बच्चों के लिए सर्टिफिकेट उपलब्ध कराना सुनिश्चित करेंगे ।
मुख्यमंत्री स्वच्छ विद्यालय पुरस्कार एवं स्वच्छ एवं हरित विद्यालय अंतर्गत स्वच्छता के विभिन्न आयामों की चर्चा करते हुए 31 अगस्त तक सभी स्कूल द्वारा रजिस्ट्रेशन उपरांत सर्वे कार्य पूरा कराने संबंधी निर्देश दिए गए तथा अच्छे विद्यालय को पुरस्कार हेतु उचित रणनीति के साथ कार्य कराने के लिए कहा गया ।
इसके अतिरिक्त छात्र छात्राओं को प्री मेट्रिक छात्रवृत्ति, सावित्री बाई फुले योजना का लाभ, कल्याण विभाग के साइकल वितरण, इंस्पायर अवार्ड हेतु बच्चों के रजिस्ट्रेशन, विभिन्न लाभ हेतु बैंक खाता उपलब्धता आदि पर प्राथमिकता से कार्य कर बच्चों को उचित लाभ दिलाने के निर्देश दिए गए ।

समीक्षा के क्रम में जर्जर विद्यालय की सूची एवं आधारभूत आवश्यकताओं की विवरणी सहित सितम्बर में होने वाले अर्धवार्षिक परीक्षा की तैयारी एवं ई विद्यावाहिनी अंतर्गत शिक्षक एवं छात्र उपस्थिति, प्रोजेक्ट रेल के मासिक मूल्यांकन तथा प्रोजेक्ट इंपैक्ट अंतर्गत प्रयास कार्यक्रम, यू-डायस के शैक्षणिक आंकड़ों के प्रविष्टियों की समीक्षा की गई ।
