जवाहरलाल नेहरू हॉकी प्रतियोगिता 2025-26 की शुरुआत, 1152 खिलाडी प्रतियोगिता में हो रहे शामिल

🏑 प्रत्येक टीम में कुल 18 सदस्य है, जिनमें 16 खिलाड़ी, 1 कोच और 1 मैनेजर शामिल हैं
🏑 सादगी से हुई प्रतियोगिता की शुरुआत, दिशाेम गुरु स्व. श्री शिबू सोरेन और स्व. श्री रामदास सोरेन को दी गई श्रद्धांजलि

आज से स्कूली शिक्षा एवं साक्षरता विभाग, झारखंड अंतर्गत झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना परिषद, रांची द्वारा राज्य स्तरीय जवाहरलाल नेहरू हॉकी प्रतियोगिता की शुरुआत हुई। प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन मोरहाबादी स्थित मरांग गोमके जयपाल सिंह मुंडा एस्ट्रोटर्फ हॉकी स्टेडियम और बरियातू स्थित मुख्यमंत्री उत्कृष्ट उच्च विद्यालय में किया गया है। दिवंगत पूर्व शिक्षा मंत्री रामदास सोरेन के आकस्मिक निधन के कारण आयोजन की शुरुआत शांति और सादगीपूर्ण तरीके से की गयी।

आज हुए प्रतियोगिता के प्रथम राउंड में अंडर-17 बालक एवं बालिका वर्ग में रांची, लोहरदगा, पूर्वी सिंहभूम, गढ़वा, खूंटी, रामगढ़, गुमला, सरायकेला, बोकारो, चतरा, जामताड़ा, पाकुड़ और सिमडेगा को बाय दिया गया। वहीं, अंडर-15 बालक वर्ग में सिमडेगा, रांची, गुमला और खूंटी को बाय मिला। अंडर-17 बालक वर्ग के दूसरे राउंड के मुकाबलों में लातेहार ने पश्चिम सिंहभूम को 5-0 से, हजारीबाग ने गिरिडीह को 4-0 से, रांची ने लोहरदगा को 4-0 से तथा पूर्वी सिंहभूम ने गढ़वा को 3-0 से पराजित किया। खूंटी ने लातेहार को 4-0 से हराकर अगले दौर में प्रवेश किया। जबकि अंडर-17 बालिका वर्ग में भी रोमांचक मुकाबले खेले गए। पश्चिम सिंहभूम ने गोड्डा को 2-0 से, हजारीबाग ने गिरिडीह को 11-0 से, रांची ने लोहरदगा को 6-0 से, गढ़वा ने पूर्वी सिंहभूम को 2-1 से तथा खूंटी ने पश्चिम सिंहभूम को 13-0 से पराजित किया। इसी क्रम में रामगढ़ ने धनबाद को 1-0 से, गुमला ने सरायकेला को 8-0 से, हजारीबाग ने बोकारो को 5-0 से, जामताड़ा ने चतरा को 1-0 से तथा सिमडेगा ने पाकुड़ को 12-0 से हराकर अगले राउंड में प्रवेश किया। वही अंडर-15 बालक वर्ग में चतरा ने बोकारो को 2-1 से, लोहरदगा ने पश्चिम सिंहभूम को 3-2 से, सरायकेला ने धनबाद को 1-0 से तथा हजारीबाग ने रामगढ़ को 5-0 से पराजित कर अगले दौर में स्थान बनाया।

दिवंगत पूर्व शिक्षा मंत्री को दी गयी श्रद्धांजलि

दिनभर चले प्रतियोगिता के उपरांत राज्य कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी श्री धीरसेन ए. सोरेंग, झारखंड हॉकी संघ के पदाधिकारीगण एवं आयोजन समिति के सभी सदस्य मोराबादी स्थित हॉकी स्टेडियम में एकत्रित हुए और दिवंगत पूर्व शिक्षा मंत्री के निधन पर 2 मिनट का मौन रखकर उन्हें श्रद्धांजलि दी। इस अवसर पर श्री सोरेंग ने कहा कि दिशोम गुरु शिबू सोरेन और पूर्व शिक्षा मंत्री का निधन राज्य के लिए एक अपूरणीय क्षति है। कार्यक्रम में राज्यभर से आए एक हजार से भी अधिक हॉकी खिलाड़ी, उनके कोच, मैनेजर एवं आयोजन समिति के सदस्य उपस्थित रहे और सभी ने बारी-बारी से श्रद्धा सुमन अर्पित कर अपनी भावनाएं व्यक्त कीं।
