गुमला में जिला स्वास्थ्य समिति की मासिक बैठक संपन्न, फाइलेरिया उन्मूलन के लिए 25 अगस्त से शुरू होगा विशेष अभियान

गुमला, 21 अगस्त 2025 — गुमला समाहरणालय स्थित सभाकक्ष में शनिवार को उप विकास आयुक्त (डीडीसी) दिलेश्वर महतो की अध्यक्षता में जिला स्वास्थ्य समिति की मासिक समीक्षात्मक बैठक आयोजित हुई। इस बैठक में स्वास्थ्य विभाग की विभिन्न योजनाओं, कार्यक्रमों और उपलब्धियों की समीक्षा की गई तथा अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए।

स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं की समीक्षा और निर्देश

बैठक के दौरान जिले और प्रखंड स्तरीय स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों की स्थिति, चिकित्सकों की उपलब्धता और सेवाओं का मूल्यांकन किया गया। एएनसी रजिस्ट्रेशन, संस्थागत प्रसव, एनसीडी स्क्रीनिंग, आयुष्मान भारत योजना और आयुष्मान कार्ड वितरण जैसे मुद्दों पर विशेष चर्चा हुई।
डीडीसी महतो ने सभी प्रभारी चिकित्सा पदाधिकारियों और सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि वे लक्ष्य आधारित कार्ययोजना के तहत काम करें, सहिया के कार्यों की समय-समय पर निगरानी करें और उनकी रिपोर्ट संबंधित अधिकारियों को भेजना सुनिश्चित करें।

संस्थागत प्रसव दर पर चिंता

बैठक में यह पाया गया कि कुछ प्रखंडों में संस्थागत प्रसव की दर अपेक्षाकृत कम है। इस पर नाराजगी व्यक्त करते हुए उप विकास आयुक्त ने प्रभारी चिकित्सा पदाधिकारियों को कमियों को दूर करने और सहिया व एएनएम के साथ समन्वय स्थापित कर संस्थागत प्रसव को बढ़ावा देने के निर्देश दिए।
विशेषकर बिशुनपुर प्रखंड में कम प्रसव दर पर चिंता जताई गई और वहां सुधार लाने के लिए ठोस कदम उठाने को कहा गया।

सिकल सेल, टीबी और अन्य स्वास्थ्य योजनाओं की समीक्षा

बैठक में सिकल सेल रोग और आयुष्मान भारत योजना पर भी चर्चा हुई। डीडीसी ने निर्देश दिया कि इन योजनाओं को कैंप मोड में संचालित किया जाए ताकि अधिक से अधिक लोगों तक स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं पहुंच सकें।
इसके अलावा, टीबी मुक्त भारत अभियान की प्रगति की समीक्षा की गई। सिविल सर्जन ने बताया कि वर्तमान समय में भी टीबी एक गंभीर चुनौती बनी हुई है और इसे खत्म करने के लिए सामूहिक प्रयास की जरूरत है।

फाइलेरिया और मलेरिया रोकथाम पर विशेष जोर

बैठक में यह निर्णय लिया गया कि 25 अगस्त से 10 सितंबर 2025 तक पूरे जिले में फाइलेरिया रोकथाम अभियान चलाया जाएगा। इस दौरान सभी स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों पर लोगों को फाइलेरिया रोधी दवा मुफ्त दी जाएगी। इसके साथ ही मलेरिया उन्मूलन के उपायों की भी समीक्षा की गई।

बैठक में हुई विस्तृत चर्चा

बैठक में एएनसी रजिस्ट्रेशन, गर्भवती महिलाओं की संख्या, एनक्यूएएस मानक, चिकित्सकों की उपस्थिति, एम्बुलेंस की उपलब्धता समेत कई अन्य बिंदुओं पर गहन समीक्षा हुई।
सिविल सर्जन गुमला ने स्वास्थ्य विभाग की वर्तमान गतिविधियों की जानकारी दी और आगामी योजनाओं की रूपरेखा भी प्रस्तुत की।

इस बैठक में सिविल सर्जन, विभागीय चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी, स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अधिकारी और कर्मी मौजूद रहे।
