गुमला जिले के प्रखंडों में जनशिकायत निवारण दिवस आयोजित, कई मामलों का हुआ त्वरित समाधान

गुमला, 21 अगस्त 2025 — जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों में गुरुवार को जनशिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर यह पहल नियमित रूप से की जा रही है, ताकि आमजन की समस्याओं का त्वरित और गुणवत्तापूर्ण समाधान सुनिश्चित हो सके।

चैनपुर प्रखंड में 25 शिकायतें, 18 का तुरंत निपटारा

चैनपुर प्रखंड-सह-अंचल कार्यालय में आयोजित शिविर के दौरान कुल 25 आवेदन प्राप्त हुए। इनमें पेंशन, दाखिल-खारिज, जन्म प्रमाण पत्र, पंजी-2 सुधार, मकान क्षति मुआवजा, पारिवारिक सदस्यता प्रमाण पत्र और फसल क्षति मुआवजा से जुड़े मामले प्रमुख रहे।
इनमें से 18 आवेदनों का तत्काल निवारण मौके पर ही कर दिया गया, जबकि शेष आवेदनों पर नियमानुसार कार्रवाई की जा रही है।

सिसई प्रखंड में 15 आवेदन, 7 का मौके पर समाधान

सिसई प्रखंड कार्यालय में आयोजित जनशिकायत निवारण दिवस पर कुल 15 आवेदन दर्ज किए गए। इनमें पेंशन, जन्म-मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र, मईया योजना, बैंक, पेयजल और सड़क सुरक्षा जैसे मुद्दे शामिल रहे।
इनमें से 7 शिकायतों का त्वरित समाधान मौके पर किया गया, वहीं 8 आवेदनों को संबंधित विभागों को अग्रसारित कर दिया गया।

उपायुक्त ने दिए सख्त निर्देश

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि जनशिकायत निवारण दिवस में प्राप्त सभी आवेदनों का शीघ्र और गुणवत्तापूर्ण निपटारा किया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि समयबद्ध समाधान से न केवल आमजन को राहत मिलेगी बल्कि प्रशासन के प्रति उनका विश्वास भी और मजबूत होगा।
