गुमला सदर अस्पताल कैंटीनों में खाद्य सुरक्षा जांच, नमूने लैब भेजे गए

गुमला – जिला उपायुक्त के निर्देश पर शनिवार को सदर अस्पताल गुमला परिसर स्थित कैंटीनों की खाद्य सुरक्षा जांच की गई। इस कार्रवाई का नेतृत्व खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी ने किया। निरीक्षण अभिहित अधिकारी सह अपर मुख्य चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी के मार्गदर्शन में किया गया।

कई कैंटीनों में की गई जांच

निरीक्षण टीम ने वर्मा कैंटीन, सृष्टि प्राण प्रवाह, मुख्यमंत्री दाल-भात योजना केंद्र और माँ गंगा एंटरप्राइज की जांच की। इस दौरान संचालकों को साफ-सफाई और मानक नियमों का पालन सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

जारी किए गए दिशा-निर्देश

खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी ने स्पष्ट किया कि –

• खाद्य सामग्री का उपयोग करने से पहले उसकी मैन्युफैक्चरिंग और एक्सपायरी डेट की जांच आवश्यक है।
• सभी कर्मचारियों को एप्रन, हेडगियर और ग्लव्स पहनना अनिवार्य होगा।
• खाद्य इकाइयों को खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक अधिनियम के तहत पंजीकरण और लाइसेंस प्राप्त करना चाहिए।
• कर्मचारियों का मेडिकल फिटनेस सर्टिफिकेट अनिवार्य होगा ताकि यह सुनिश्चित किया जा सके कि वे किसी संक्रामक बीमारी से ग्रसित न हों।

नमूने भेजे गए जांच के लिए

निरीक्षण के दौरान माँ गंगा एंटरप्राइज से हल्दी पाउडर और मिक्स मसाला के नमूने लेकर प्रयोगशाला जांच हेतु भेजे गए। गुग्गी ने चेतावनी दी कि यदि जांच रिपोर्ट में मानकों का उल्लंघन पाया जाता है, तो संबंधित इकाई पर कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

निरीक्षण दल में कौन-कौन रहे शामिल

इस अभियान में खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी के साथ कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर प्रियांशु कुमार और सूरज कुमार भी मौजूद रहे।
