गुमला में पंचायत उन्नति सूचकांक पर कार्यशाला, उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन करने वाली पंचायतों को मिला सम्मान

गुमला, शनिवार। पंचायती राज विभाग गुमला द्वारा JIMTM स्किल्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के सहयोग से नगर भवन में पंचायत उन्नति सूचकांक (PAI 1.0) पर जिला स्तरीय कार्यशाला आयोजित की गई। इस कार्यशाला का उद्देश्य पंचायत स्तर पर सतत विकास लक्ष्यों (SDGs) को प्रभावी ढंग से लागू करना और ग्रामीण शासन को और अधिक सशक्त बनाना था।

अधिकारियों और प्रतिनिधियों की बड़ी भागीदारी

कार्यक्रम का आयोजन उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर किया गया, जिसमें मुख्य अतिथि उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो रहे। मौके पर जिला परिषद उपाध्यक्ष, DRDA निदेशक, LRDC, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी, वन विभाग, जिला कल्याण एवं समाज कल्याण विभाग सहित विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारी मौजूद थे। इसके साथ ही शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता विभाग के प्रतिनिधि, सभी प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी और पंचायत प्रतिनिधि भी बड़ी संख्या में शामिल हुए।

पंचायत उन्नति सूचकांक की अहमियत

अपने संबोधन में उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो ने कहा कि पंचायत उन्नति सूचकांक देश की ढाई लाख से अधिक ग्राम पंचायतों की प्रगति मापने का एक महत्वपूर्ण उपकरण है। यह सूचकांक गरीबी उन्मूलन, आजीविका सृजन, स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा, महिला सशक्तिकरण, स्वच्छता, जल प्रबंधन, पर्यावरण संरक्षण, आधारभूत संरचना, सामाजिक न्याय और सुशासन जैसे क्षेत्रों में पंचायतों के प्रदर्शन का आकलन करता है। उन्होंने सभी अधिकारियों और जनप्रतिनिधियों से आह्वान किया कि योजनाओं को जमीनी स्तर पर उतारकर पंचायतों को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने की दिशा में कार्य करें।

प्रशिक्षण और प्रस्तुतीकरण

राज्य स्तरीय टीम के सदस्य राजेश्वर सिंह और करण कुमार ने प्रतिभागियों को PAI 1.0 के विभिन्न पहलुओं पर प्रशिक्षण दिया। पावर प्वाइंट प्रस्तुति के माध्यम से उन्होंने सूचकांक की संरचना, मूल्यांकन पद्धति और प्राथमिक मानकों की विस्तृत जानकारी दी। प्रशिक्षण के दौरान प्रतिभागियों की शंकाओं का समाधान भी किया गया।

उत्कृष्ट पंचायतों और प्रखंडों का सम्मान

कार्यक्रम में बसिया, कामडारा और पालकोट प्रखंड को उनके बेहतर प्रदर्शन के लिए सम्मानित किया गया। वहीं पंचायत स्तर पर लुंगटू, नवागढ़ और बसिया पंचायत को उनकी उपलब्धियों के लिए सम्मान प्रदान किया गया। सम्मानित जनप्रतिनिधियों और अधिकारियों को प्रमाण पत्र और प्रशस्ति पत्र देकर सम्मानित किया गया।

भविष्य की दिशा और संकल्प

इस अवसर पर अधिकारियों और प्रतिनिधियों को निर्देश दिया गया कि पंचायत उन्नति सूचकांक से जुड़े सभी क्षेत्रों में योजनाओं का प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन सुनिश्चित किया जाए और विकास की प्रक्रिया में स्थानीय समुदाय की सक्रिय भागीदारी को प्राथमिकता दी जाए।
कार्यक्रम का समापन इस संकल्प के साथ हुआ कि गुमला जिले की हर पंचायत को आने वाले समय में सशक्त, आत्मनिर्भर और सुशासित पंचायत के रूप में विकसित किया जाएगा।
