गुमला में कुपोषण उपचार प्रबंधन पर तीन दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण संपन्न, विशेषज्ञों ने दिए व्यवहारिक टिप्स

गुमला, शनिवार। जिले में कुपोषण की समस्या से प्रभावी ढंग से निपटने और उपचार व्यवस्था को सशक्त बनाने के उद्देश्य से गुमला में तीन दिवसीय कुपोषण उपचार प्रबंधन (SAM Management Training) का आयोजन किया गया। यह प्रशिक्षण उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर एक स्थानीय होटल में हुआ, जिसका संचालन नेशनल सेंटर ऑफ एक्सीलेंस (NCOE), कलावती शरण हॉस्पिटल, दिल्ली की विशेषज्ञ टीम ने किया।

विशेषज्ञ टीम ने दी गहन जानकारी

प्रशिक्षण का नेतृत्व डॉ. प्रवीण (प्रोफेसर एवं डायरेक्टर) ने किया। उनके साथ डॉ. गीतिका और डॉ. श्रद्धा ने प्रतिभागियों को मलन्यूट्रिशन ट्रीटमेंट सेंटर (MTC) में कुपोषण प्रबंधन की संपूर्ण प्रक्रिया समझाई। इस दौरान विशेषज्ञों ने “10 स्टेप्स ऑफ मैनेजमेंट” पर विस्तार से चर्चा की और प्रतिभागियों को प्रैक्टिकल डेमोंस्ट्रेशन एवं हैंड्स-ऑन प्रैक्टिस कराते हुए वास्तविक परिस्थितियों में काम करने के लिए तैयार किया।

द हंस फाउंडेशन की अहम भूमिका

प्रशिक्षण में द हंस फाउंडेशन का भी विशेष योगदान रहा। इसे राज्य स्तर पर स्वास्थ्य क्षमता वर्धन की दिशा में एक अहम पहल माना गया।

जिला स्वास्थ्य पदाधिकारियों की उपस्थिति

प्रशिक्षण सत्र के दौरान सिविल सर्जन शंभूनाथ चौधरी मौजूद रहे। उन्होंने प्रतिभागियों को मार्गदर्शन देते हुए कहा कि इस प्रकार की कार्यशालाएं कुपोषण की चुनौती से निपटने में बेहद सहायक सिद्ध होंगी।

बड़ी संख्या में स्वास्थ्यकर्मी और विशेषज्ञ शामिल

इस कार्यक्रम में विकास कुमार पांडेय (DPM), प्रोजेक्ट मैनेजर विवेकानंद, CDS प्रभाकर, कृष्णा जी, डॉ. तलत, डॉ. आशीष सहित कई स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी शामिल हुए। इसके अलावा 8 ANM (आभा, सविता, जूही, निर्मला, अलीश, देवमुनई आदि) और 2 हेल्थ एवं न्यूट्रिशन एक्सपर्ट (काजल, रोज रानी, तारकेश्वरी, नितन) ने सक्रिय भागीदारी की। प्रशिक्षण में सहयोग के लिए हाउसकीपिंग कर्मी संगीता का भी उल्लेखनीय योगदान रहा।

संकल्प के साथ हुआ समापन

प्रशिक्षण के अंतिम दिन सभी प्रतिभागियों ने यह संकल्प लिया कि वे अपने-अपने कार्यक्षेत्र में कुपोषण के प्रभावी प्रबंधन और बच्चों के पोषण स्तर सुधारने के लिए प्राप्त ज्ञान का उपयोग करेंगे।
