डुमरी में अंचल दिवस कार्यक्रम सम्पन्न, 101 मामलों में से 40 का हुआ त्वरित निस्तारण

गुमला, शनिवार। जिले में जनता की समस्याओं के समाधान और सेवाओं को आसानी से उपलब्ध कराने के उद्देश्य से हर शनिवार आयोजित होने वाले अंचल दिवस कार्यक्रम का आयोजन इस बार डुमरी प्रखंड मुख्यालय में किया गया। कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता अपर समाहर्ता शशिंद्र बड़ाइक ने की।

नागरिकों से प्रत्यक्ष संवाद, मौके पर निपटाए गए मामले

अंचल दिवस के दौरान अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी चैनपुर, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी डुमरी, अंचल अधिकारी डुमरी समेत कई विभागीय अधिकारी मौजूद रहे। अधिकारियों ने ग्रामीणों से सीधे संवाद कर उनकी शिकायतें और समस्याएँ सुनीं। इस मौके पर प्राप्त 101 आवेदनों में से 40 मामलों का निपटारा तुरंत कर दिया गया, जबकि शेष 62 मामलों को जांच और आगे की कार्रवाई के लिए संबंधित विभागों को सौंपा गया।

प्रमाण पत्रों का ऑन-द-स्पॉट वितरण

कार्यक्रम के दौरान आवेदकों को विभिन्न प्रमाण पत्र भी उपलब्ध कराए गए।

• 12 नागरिकों को जाति प्रमाण पत्र
• 17 आवेदकों को आय प्रमाण पत्र
• 9 लोगों को आवासीय प्रमाण पत्र
• 1 आवेदक को पारिवारिक सदस्यता प्रमाण पत्र

सभी दस्तावेज मौके पर ही वितरित किए गए।

भूमि विवाद और अन्य मामले भी निपटाए गए

अंचल दिवस में भूमि विवाद से जुड़े मामलों पर विशेष ध्यान दिया गया। दोनों पक्षों की उपस्थिति में सुनवाई कर पारदर्शी प्रक्रिया अपनाई गई।

• 27 भूमि विवाद प्रकरण जांच हेतु अग्रसारित
• पंजी–II सुधार से जुड़े 2 मामलों की जांच के आदेश
• किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड का 1 आवेदन तत्काल स्वीकृत
• विविध श्रेणी के 27 आवेदनों की जांच का निर्देश

लाभुकों को मिला सम्मान और परिसंपत्ति

कार्यक्रम में विभिन्न सरकारी योजनाओं के लाभुकों को प्रशस्ति पत्र और परिसंपत्तियों का वितरण भी किया गया। उपस्थित नागरिकों ने इस पहल की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि ऐसे कार्यक्रमों से प्रशासन के प्रति विश्वास और मजबूत होता है।

अगला अंचल दिवस चैनपुर में

जिला प्रशासन ने घोषणा की है कि अगला अंचल दिवस 30 अगस्त 2025 को चैनपुर प्रखंड सह अंचल कार्यालय परिसर में आयोजित होगा। उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने चैनपुर क्षेत्र के निवासियों से अपील की है कि वे अधिक से अधिक संख्या में उपस्थित होकर अपनी समस्याओं के समाधान का लाभ उठाएँ।
