डुमरी बिहार स्टेशन के समीप मालगाड़ी के चार वैगन पटरी से उतरे, रेल सेवा आंशिक रूप से प्रभावित

बुधवार की सुबह धनबाद रेल मंडल के अंतर्गत डुमरी बिहार रेलवे स्टेशन के पास एक बड़ा रेल हादसा टल गया, जब कोयला लदी मालगाड़ी के चार वैगन अचानक पटरी से उतर गए। घटना के बाद रेलवे महकमे में अफरा-तफरी मच गई, हालांकि राहत की बात यह रही कि इस दुर्घटना में किसी के हताहत होने की खबर नहीं है।
जानकारी के अनुसार, कोयला लोड मालगाड़ी लोडिंग पॉइंट से कोयला लेकर म्यूजिया थर्मल पावर स्टेशन, पश्चिम बंगाल जा रही थी। सुबह लगभग 7:26 बजे डुमरी बिहार स्टेशन से खुलने के कुछ ही मिनट बाद, करीब 7:29 बजे यार्ड की लाइन नंबर 7 पर इसके चार वैगन पटरी से उतर गए।
दुर्घटना में बोगी संख्या 7 एवं 8 को भारी नुकसान पहुंचा है। वहीं पोल संख्या डीएमवीआर/1117/7 (लाइन नंबर 7) भी उखड़कर वैगन के ऊपर जा गिरा, जिससे ट्रैक और संरचना को अतिरिक्त क्षति हुई।
घटना की सूचना मिलते ही स्टेशन प्रबंधक पी पी. टोप्पो, ट्रैफिक इंस्पेक्टर अवधेश कुमार राम सहित रेलवे के अधिकारी और तकनीकी टीम मौके पर पहुंची और राहत एवं मरम्मत कार्य शुरू कर दिया। धनबाद रेल मंडल के वरीय अधिकारियों को भी तत्काल सूचित कर दिया गया।
हादसे के कारण इस रूट पर रेल परिचालन आंशिक रूप से बाधित हो गया है। कई ट्रेनों को बीच रास्ते में रोका गया, जबकि कुछ ट्रेनों के मार्ग में परिवर्तन की संभावना जताई जा रही है।
रेलवे की टीम युद्ध स्तर पर काम करते हुए क्षतिग्रस्त वैगनों को हटाने और ट्रैक को जल्द से जल्द बहाल करने में जुटी हुई है। अधिकारियों के अनुसार, रेल सेवा को सामान्य करने में कुछ घंटे का समय लग सकता है।
इधर, रेलवे प्रशासन ने हादसे के कारणों की जांच के लिए एक टीम गठित करने की बात कही है। जांच के बाद ही स्पष्ट हो सकेगा कि दुर्घटना तकनीकी खराबी, ट्रैक में खामी या किसी अन्य कारण से हुई।
