गुमला में विकास योजनाओं की समीक्षा बैठक संपन्न, सांसद ने विभागों को चेताया – लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं

जिला मुख्यालय स्थित समाहरणालय सभागार में सोमवार को जिला विकास समन्वय एवं निगरानी समिति (दिशा) की बैठक आयोजित हुई। बैठक की अध्यक्षता गुमला-लोहरदगा लोकसभा क्षेत्र के सांसद सुखदेव भगत ने की। बैठक में उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित, पुलिस अधीक्षक हरिश बिन ज़मां, उप विकास आयुक्त, जिला परिषद अध्यक्ष, वन प्रमंडल पदाधिकारी, जनप्रतिनिधि और विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।

सांसद ने दी सख्त चेतावनी

बैठक की शुरुआत में सांसद ने सभी अधिकारियों को साफ निर्देश दिया कि विकास योजनाओं का समयबद्ध और गुणवत्तापूर्ण कार्यान्वयन सुनिश्चित करें। उन्होंने चेतावनी दी कि किसी भी तरह की लापरवाही या अनियमितता पाए जाने पर संबंधित अधिकारियों के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई होगी। सांसद ने कहा – “सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ अंतिम व्यक्ति तक पहुँचना चाहिए और इसमें किसी प्रकार की लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी।”

पेयजल और बिजली आपूर्ति पर खास जोर

बैठक में पालकोट जलापूर्ति योजना, HYDT मिनी पेयजल योजना और ग्रामीण पाइप जलापूर्ति परियोजनाओं की समीक्षा की गई। सांसद ने विभाग को निर्देश दिया कि पाइपलाइन की मरम्मत और जलमीनारों की खराबी तुरंत दुरुस्त कर हर घर तक नल से पानी उपलब्ध कराया जाए।
बिजली विभाग की समीक्षा के दौरान जनप्रतिनिधियों ने बिना सूचना बिजली कटौती और अवैध वसूली की शिकायत की। इस पर सांसद ने नाराजगी जताते हुए जांच का आदेश दिया।

आवास, सड़क और रोजगार योजनाओं की समीक्षा

प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना की प्रगति पर चर्चा करते हुए सांसद ने हर आवास परिसर में पौधारोपण अनिवार्य करने की बात कही।
प्रधानमंत्री ग्राम सड़क योजना पर असंतोष व्यक्त करते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि हल्की बारिश में सड़क और पुल टूट जाना गंभीर लापरवाही को दर्शाता है। सांसद ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि निर्माण कार्य में गुणवत्ता से समझौता न किया जाए। अधूरे कार्यों को पूरा करने के लिए उन्होंने सांसद मद से सहयोग देने का आश्वासन दिया।

रोजगार और महिला उद्यमिता पर चर्चा करते हुए उन्होंने JSLPS और रागी मिशन पर विशेष बल दिया। उन्होंने निर्देश दिया कि जिले में उत्पादित रागी का विपणन और ब्रांडिंग इस तरह हो कि यह हर दुकान तक पहुँचे।

स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा और पर्यटन पर चर्चा

स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की समीक्षा के दौरान सदर अस्पताल, गुमला में अवैध वसूली की शिकायत सामने आई। सांसद ने तत्काल जांच के आदेश दिए। सिविल सर्जन ने नागरिकों से अपील की कि किसी भी प्रकार की अवैध मांग की सूचना सीधे उन्हें दें।

शिक्षा विभाग की समीक्षा में तड़ित चालक (लाइटनिंग प्रोटेक्शन सिस्टम) लगाने और मदरसा मरम्मती पर जोर दिया गया। वहीं खेल और पर्यटन क्षेत्र पर चर्चा करते हुए सांसद ने खिलाड़ियों को बेहतर सुविधाएँ उपलब्ध कराने की आवश्यकता बताई।

जनप्रतिनिधियों ने सिसई स्थित ट्राइबल म्यूजियम और सिरासीता सी नाले को पर्यटन मानचित्र में शामिल करने का प्रस्ताव रखा।

अन्य विभागीय मुद्दे और निर्देश

बैठक में कृषि, खनन, आपूर्ति, समाज कल्याण, मुख्यमंत्री पहाड़िया विकास योजना, कौशल विकास, बागवानी, भूमि संरक्षण और ट्रैक्टर वितरण योजनाओं की भी समीक्षा की गई। सांसद ने कहा कि महिलाओं के नाम पर दिए गए ट्रैक्टर का उपयोग वास्तव में वही करें, अन्य लोग इसका दुरुपयोग न करें।

बैठक के अंत में सांसद सुखदेव भगत ने दोहराया कि किसी भी विभाग में लापरवाही, अनियमितता या धीमी प्रगति पाए जाने पर कठोर कार्रवाई की जाएगी। उन्होंने जनप्रतिनिधियों से भी आग्रह किया कि वे जनता की समस्याओं को नियमित रूप से प्रशासन तक पहुँचाएँ ताकि विकास योजनाओं का लाभ समय पर लोगों को मिल सके।
