गुमला जिले में मासिक थाना दिवस संपन्न, 86 में से 38 मामलों का मौके पर समाधान

गुमला, 26 अगस्त 2025।
गुमला जिले के सभी थाना क्षेत्रों में मंगलवार को मासिक थाना दिवस आयोजित किया गया, जिसमें भूमि विवाद और थाना स्तर की अन्य शिकायतों पर त्वरित कार्रवाई की गई। प्रशासनिक आंकड़ों के अनुसार, कुल 86 मामलों में से 38 का समाधान मौके पर ही कर दिया गया, जबकि शेष मामलों पर जांच और आगे की कार्रवाई शुरू कर दी गई है।

ग्रामीण स्तर पर त्वरित न्याय की पहल

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर आयोजित इस अभियान में अंचल अधिकारी, थाना प्रभारी, राजस्वकर्मी और अन्य विभागीय पदाधिकारी मौजूद रहे। अधिकारियों का कहना है कि थाना दिवस का मुख्य उद्देश्य है –

• भूमि विवाद
• आपसी झगड़े
• अवैध कब्जा
• रास्ते के उपयोग से जुड़ी शिकायतें
• पारिवारिक बंटवारे और दाखिल-खारिज संबंधी तनाव

जैसे मामलों को स्थानीय स्तर पर ही निपटाना, ताकि लोगों को जिला मुख्यालय तक भटकना न पड़े।

थाना-वार आंकड़े

अधिकारियों ने बताया कि विभिन्न थाना क्षेत्रों से प्राप्त शिकायतों का निष्पादन इस प्रकार रहा:

• गुमला थाना: 14 में से 6 मामले सुलझाए गए
• रायडीह: 10 में से 2
• चैनपुर: 11 में से 6
• डुमरी: 5 में से 2
• जारी: 7 में से 1
• घाघरा: 6 में से 4
• विशुनपुर: 7 में से 3
• भरनो: 6 में से सभी 6
• पालकोट: 4 में से सभी 4
• बसिया: 7 में से 3
• कामडारा: 3 में से 2

जन शिकायतों का निवारण भी शामिल

थाना दिवस के दौरान, उपायुक्त कार्यालय में पूर्व में आयोजित जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस से जुड़े कुछ लंबित मामलों को भी थाना स्तर पर भेजा गया। इनमें से कई मामलों का समाधान कर लिया गया, जबकि शेष पर कार्रवाई जारी है।

उपायुक्त का संदेश

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने सभी अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि थाना दिवस पर मिली शिकायतों को संवेदनशीलता और पारदर्शिता के साथ निपटाया जाए। उन्होंने कहा –
“हर माह की 26 तारीख को जिले के सभी थाना क्षेत्रों में थाना दिवस अनिवार्य रूप से आयोजित होगा, ताकि ग्रामीणों को अपने नजदीकी थाना पर ही न्याय मिल सके और उन्हें जिला मुख्यालय आने की आवश्यकता न पड़े।”

जनता से अपील

प्रशासन ने जिले के नागरिकों से अपील की है कि भूमि विवाद, रास्ते की समस्या, आपसी झगड़े, पारिवारिक तनाव या अन्य थाना संबंधी शिकायतों के समाधान के लिए हर महीने की 26 तारीख को अपने निकटवर्ती थाना में उपस्थित हों और प्रशासनिक सहयोग से न्याय प्राप्त करें।
