गुमला जिले में सोमवार को हरतालिका तीज का पर्व महिलाओं और कन्याओं ने पूरी श्रद्धा और परंपरागत उत्साह के साथ मनाया। इस अवसर पर विवाहित महिलाएँ जहाँ अपने पति की लंबी उम्र और अच्छे स्वास्थ्य की कामना करते हुए निर्जला उपवास रखीं, वहीं अविवाहित कन्याओं ने योग्य वर की प्राप्ति के लिए व्रत कर भगवान महादेव और माता पार्वती की आराधना की।
पूजन-अर्चना और सामूहिक आयोजन
इस पावन अवसर पर महिलाओं ने पारंपरिक सोलह श्रृंगार कर मंदिरों, सार्वजनिक स्थलों और अपने घरों में पूजा-अर्चना की। कई स्थानों पर सामूहिक रूप से भगवान शिव, माता पार्वती और श्री गणेश की प्रतिमा स्थापित कर विधिवत पूजा संपन्न हुई।
विशेष बात यह रही कि कुछ स्थानों पर पतियों ने भी पत्नी के प्रति प्रेम और आस्था दिखाते हुए उपवास रखा और कथा श्रवण में शामिल हुए।
परंपरा और धार्मिक मान्यता
धार्मिक मान्यता के अनुसार, माता पार्वती ने कठिन तपस्या कर भगवान शिव को पति रूप में प्राप्त किया था। तभी से यह पर्व सुहागिन महिलाओं और अविवाहित कन्याओं के लिए विशेष महत्व रखता है।
इस दिन महिलाएँ विशेष रूप से हरी साड़ी, हरी चूड़ियाँ और आकर्षक श्रृंगार धारण करती हैं तथा हाथों में मेहंदी रचाती हैं। पूजा के दौरान रेत, बालू और गोबर से बने गणेश जी की भी स्थापना की जाती है।
रात्रि जागरण और सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम
हरतालिका तीज की रात को श्रद्धालु जागरण करते हैं। इस दौरान भगवान शिव और माता पार्वती की महिमा का गुणगान करते हुए गीत-संगीत और नृत्य का आयोजन किया गया। महिलाओं ने सामूहिक रूप से आराधना कर अखंड सौभाग्य, परिवार की सुख-शांति और मंगलकामना की।
