गुमला में मासिक अपराध समीक्षा बैठक, पुलिस कप्तान ने दिए कड़े निर्देश

गुमला, 31 अगस्त।
गुमला जिला मुख्यालय स्थित पुलिस अधीक्षक कार्यालय सभागार, चंदाली में पुलिस कप्तान हरिश बिन जामां की अध्यक्षता में मासिक अपराध समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारी, अंचल निरीक्षक, सीसीआर प्रभारी, थाना प्रभारी तथा शाखा प्रभारी सहित जिले के सभी वरीय अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।

सड़क सुरक्षा और आईटी आधारित प्रविष्टि पर चर्चा

बैठक की शुरुआत जिला सड़क सुरक्षा कोषांग की ओर से i-DAR और Hit & Run से जुड़े आंकड़ों की ऑनलाइन एवं ऑफलाइन प्रविष्टि पर विस्तृत जानकारी के साथ हुई। इस दौरान पुलिस कप्तान ने सभी थाना प्रभारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए।

बैठक में हुई प्रमुख समीक्षाएँ और निर्देश

बैठक के दौरान निम्नलिखित बिंदुओं पर विशेष चर्चा हुई और थाना प्रभारियों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए गए—

1. सड़क सुरक्षा नियमों पर समय-समय पर जागरूकता अभियान चलाना।
2. i-RAD/ERS और डायल-112 से संबंधित कार्रवाई को मजबूत करना।
3. लंबित वारंट और कुर्की मामलों का शीघ्र निपटारा।
4. e-Sakshya App के तहत दर्ज मामलों की समीक्षा।
5. मादक पदार्थों की अवैध बिक्री और तस्करी की रोकथाम हेतु कार्रवाई।
6. अवैध उत्खनन, बालू व चिप्स की तस्करी पर सख्त रोक।
7. जन शिकायत समाधान कार्यक्रम के लंबित आवेदनों का शीघ्र निष्पादन।
8. जमानत पर छूटे अपराधियों पर विशेष निगरानी और कार्रवाई।
9. डायन प्रथा एवं महिलाओं से जुड़े अपराधों की रोकथाम हेतु साप्ताहिक जागरूकता अभियान।
10. मानव तस्करी और पलायन पर अंकुश लगाने के लिए आमजन में जागरूकता।

गंभीर अपराधों की समीक्षा

बैठक में हत्या, बलात्कार, POCSO, अपहरण और अप्राकृतिक मृत्यु जैसे गंभीर अपराधों की विस्तार से समीक्षा की गई। पुलिस कप्तान ने निर्देश दिया कि ऐसे मामलों में तत्काल प्राथमिकी दर्ज कर त्वरित अनुसंधान किया जाए।

साथ ही, लंबित वारंट, कुर्की, गैर-तामिला वारंट, लाल वारंट और न्यायालय द्वारा निर्गत स्थाई वारंटों का शत-प्रतिशत निष्पादन सुनिश्चित करने को कहा गया।

जनता से व्यवहार और विश्वास बहाली पर जोर

पुलिस कप्तान हरिश बिन जामां ने सभी थाना प्रभारियों को निर्देशित किया कि थाने में आने वाले आम नागरिकों के साथ मधुर व्यवहार रखें और उनकी समस्याओं का समाधान प्राथमिकता के साथ करें। यदि समाधान संभव न हो, तो तुरंत प्राथमिकी दर्ज करने का आदेश दिया गया।
