सड़क हादसों पर अंकुश लगाने और यातायात व्यवस्था को सुरक्षित बनाने के लिए गुमला जिला प्रशासन ने सोमवार को सघन वाहन जाँच अभियान चलाया। इस अभियान में 67 वाहन चालकों को नियम उल्लंघन का दोषी पाया गया, जिनसे कुल ₹1,27,000 का जुर्माना वसूला गया।
कहाँ और किसने किया नेतृत्व
अभियान का नेतृत्व जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी (डीटीओ) ज्ञान शंकर जायसवाल ने किया। जाँच का मुख्य स्थल बायपास रोड रहा, जहाँ शहरी और ग्रामीण दोनों क्षेत्रों से आने-जाने वाले वाहनों की सघन जाँच की गई।
किन-किन पर हुई कार्रवाई
जाँच के दौरान मुख्य रूप से निम्नलिखित उल्लंघनों पर कार्रवाई की गई:
- बिना हेलमेट बाइक चलाना और ट्रिपल राइडिंग
- भारी वाहनों में ओवरलोडिंग (ट्रक, हाइवा, कंटेनर, ट्रेलर आदि)
- जरूरी दस्तावेजों की कमी (ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, बीमा, परमिट, प्रदूषण प्रमाणपत्र, रोड टैक्स)
- ध्वनि प्रदूषण फैलाने वाले प्रेशर हॉर्न और मल्टी-टोन हॉर्न का इस्तेमाल
- बसों में खड़े होकर यात्रा और टेम्पो/ट्रैक्टर में ओवरलोडिंग
प्रशासन का संदेश
डीटीओ जायसवाल ने मौके पर ही वाहन चालकों को सड़क सुरक्षा के महत्व के बारे में जागरूक किया। उन्होंने कहा कि लापरवाही से चलाए गए वाहन केवल चालक के लिए ही नहीं, बल्कि पूरे समाज के लिए खतरा बनते हैं। उन्होंने चालकों को भविष्य में यातायात नियमों का पालन करने की सख्त हिदायत दी।
अभियान में शामिल टीमें
इस अभियान में सड़क सुरक्षा प्रबंधक कुमार प्रभास, आईटी प्रभारी मंटू रवानी, प्रिंस कुमार सहित पुलिस बल की टीम मौजूद रही।
प्रशासन की चेतावनी
जिला प्रशासन ने साफ किया है कि सड़क सुरक्षा के प्रति लापरवाह वाहन चालकों के खिलाफ लगातार कठोर कार्रवाई जारी रहेगी, ताकि गुमला में सुरक्षित और अनुशासित यातायात व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जा सके।
