गुमला — जिले में आदि कर्मयोगी अभियान (Responsive Governance Programme) के तहत प्रशासन ने पारदर्शी और सहभागी शासन को बढ़ावा देने के लिए बड़ा कदम उठाया है। उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर जिले के सभी प्रखंडों में दो दिवसीय ब्लॉक प्रोसेस लैब का आयोजन किया गया।
कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य
इस पहल का मकसद संस्थागत क्षमताओं को सशक्त बनाना, विभिन्न स्तरों के बीच बेहतर समन्वय स्थापित करना और योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन को अधिक प्रभावी एवं पारदर्शी बनाना है।
व्यापक सहभागिता
जिला कल्याण विभाग की अगुवाई में आयोजित इस कार्यक्रम में बीडीओ, पंचायत प्रतिनिधि, प्रशासनिक अधिकारी, पंचायत लिपिक, शिक्षक, स्वास्थ्यकर्मी, आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ता, राजस्व अधिकारी और जल शक्ति विभाग के अधिकारी शामिल हुए।
सभी प्रतिभागियों ने अपने अनुभव साझा किए और ग्राम स्तर पर योजनाओं को अधिक सुदृढ़ और परिणाममुखी बनाने पर विस्तृत चर्चा की।
उपायुक्त का संदेश
उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कहा कि—
“ब्लॉक प्रोसेस लैब का उद्देश्य योजनाओं को जनकेंद्रित और सहभागी स्वरूप में ढालना है, ताकि विकास कार्ययोजनाएं ग्राम स्तर की वास्तविक आवश्यकताओं के अनुरूप तैयार हों और लोगों को अधिकतम लाभ मिल सके।”
उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि आगामी विलेज वर्कशॉप (08-09 सितम्बर 2025) और विलेज विज़न एंड एक्शन प्लान प्रिपरेशन (10-13 सितम्बर 2025) को भी गंभीरता और तत्परता से संपन्न कराया जाए।
