गुमला में बालिका गृह और नारी निकेतन का औचक निरीक्षण, खाद्य सैंपल जांच हेतु भेजे गए

गुमला, 6 सितम्बर – गुमला उपायुक्त के निर्देश पर शनिवार को खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी ने जिले के तीन संस्थानों – बालिका गृह शिलम गुमला, खुशमारना बालगृह (लोहरदगा रोड) और नारी निकेतन तिर्रा – का औचक निरीक्षण किया। यह कार्रवाई अभिहित अधिकारी सह अपर मुख्य चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी के मार्गदर्शन में की गई।

खाद्य पदार्थों के सैंपल लैब भेजे गए

निरीक्षण के दौरान बालिका गृह से सूजी, सत्तू और दलिया, जबकि खुशमारना बालगृह से सोयाबीन और मसूर दाल के नमूने एकत्र कर लैब परीक्षण के लिए भेजे गए। खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी ने स्पष्ट किया कि यदि जांच रिपोर्ट में कोई गड़बड़ी पाई जाती है तो संबंधित आपूर्तिकर्ता (वेंडर) के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

बच्चों की सेहत से समझौता नहीं: पदाधिकारी

पदाधिकारी ने कहा, “बच्चों के स्वास्थ्य और सुरक्षा से किसी प्रकार का समझौता स्वीकार्य नहीं है। संस्थानों को खाद्य सामग्री की शुद्धता, पैकेजिंग पर लाइसेंस नंबर, निर्माण एवं समाप्ति तिथि की अनिवार्य रूप से जांच करनी होगी।”

संस्थानों को दिए गए निर्देश

निरीक्षण के दौरान संस्थानों के प्रबंधन को कई सख्त निर्देश दिए गए, जिनमें शामिल हैं –

• पेयजल की नियमित जांच कराना।
• रसोईघर और परिसर में समय-समय पर पेस्ट कंट्रोल कराना।
• रसोईघर, खाद्य भंडारण कक्ष और भोजन परोसने की जगह को स्वच्छ और सुरक्षित बनाए रखना।
• भोजन तैयार करने और परोसने वाले कर्मचारियों के लिए एप्रन, ग्लव्स और हेडगियर का उपयोग अनिवार्य करना।
• बच्चों को हमेशा पौष्टिक और गुणवत्तापूर्ण भोजन उपलब्ध कराना।

नियमों की अनदेखी पर कड़ी कार्रवाई की चेतावनी

खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी ने चेतावनी दी कि यदि किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही या गुणवत्ता में कमी पाई जाती है तो संबंधित संस्थान और वेंडर दोनों पर सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि यह निरीक्षण मात्र औपचारिकता नहीं है, बल्कि इसका उद्देश्य यह सुनिश्चित करना है कि बालिकाओं और बच्चों को सुरक्षित, स्वच्छ और स्वस्थ वातावरण मिल सके।
