गुमला में अंचल दिवस पर जनता की समस्याओं का त्वरित समाधान, लाभुकों को परिसंपत्ति वितरित

गुमला, 6 सितम्बर – गुमला जिले में उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की पहल पर प्रत्येक शनिवार को आयोजित किए जा रहे अंचल दिवस कार्यक्रम के तहत शनिवार को रायडीह प्रखंड मुख्यालय परिसर में कार्यक्रम संपन्न हुआ। इस मौके पर उपायुक्त ने स्वयं अध्यक्षता की और आम नागरिकों से सीधा संवाद कर उनकी समस्याओं का समाधान सुनिश्चित किया।

मौके पर निस्तारित हुए 14 आवेदन

कार्यक्रम में कुल 27 आवेदन प्राप्त हुए, जिनमें से 14 का समाधान मौके पर ही कर दिया गया। वहीं 13 मामलों को विस्तृत जांच के लिए संबंधित अधिकारियों को सौंपा गया। इसके अतिरिक्त, जिला स्तरीय जनशिकायत निवारण दिवस से आए 5 आवेदनों में से 2 का तत्काल निस्तारण किया गया।

प्रमाण पत्र और परिसंपत्ति का वितरण

नागरिकों की सुविधा को ध्यान में रखते हुए मौके पर ही विभिन्न प्रमाण पत्र भी जारी किए गए। इनमें –

• 05 जाति प्रमाण पत्र
• 03 आय प्रमाण पत्र
• 03 आवासीय प्रमाण पत्र शामिल रहे।

भूमि विवाद से जुड़े 04 मामलों की जांच के निर्देश दिए गए, जबकि पंजी-II सुधार से संबंधित एक आवेदन का त्वरित निष्पादन किया गया।

उपायुक्त ने इस अवसर पर विभिन्न योजनाओं के लाभुकों को 16 परिसंपत्तियाँ एवं प्रशस्ति पत्र भी वितरित किए। इसमें दाखिल-खारिज शुद्धि पत्र, सामाजिक सुरक्षा पेंशन प्रमाण पत्र और पारिवारिक सदस्यता से जुड़ी स्वीकृतियाँ शामिल थीं।

पारदर्शिता और समयबद्धता पर जोर

अपने संबोधन में उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कहा –
“अंचल दिवस का मुख्य उद्देश्य है कि नागरिकों को उनकी समस्याओं का समाधान प्रखंड स्तर पर ही उपलब्ध हो, ताकि उन्हें बार-बार जिला कार्यालय का चक्कर न लगाना पड़े। प्रशासन पूरी पारदर्शिता और निष्पक्षता के साथ कार्य कर रहा है। जिन आवेदनों का निस्तारण किया जाएगा, उनकी पुष्टि लाभुकों से फोन पर भी की जाएगी ताकि यह सुनिश्चित हो सके कि वे समाधान से संतुष्ट हैं या नहीं।”

उन्होंने आगे कहा कि दाखिल-खारिज, पंजी-II सुधार, एलपीसी और भूमि विवाद जैसे मामलों का समयबद्ध समाधान अंचल दिवस के माध्यम से सुनिश्चित किया जा रहा है।

अगला अंचल दिवस 13 सितम्बर को

कार्यक्रम के अंत में उपायुक्त ने नागरिकों से अपील की कि वे अंचल दिवस का अधिकतम लाभ उठाएँ और प्रशासनिक कार्यों में सहयोगात्मक भूमिका निभाएँ। अगला अंचल दिवस 13 सितम्बर 2025 को कामडारा प्रखंड सह अंचल कार्यालय में आयोजित होगा।
