गुमला, 6 सितम्बर – गुमला जिले में प्रत्येक शनिवार को आयोजित होने वाला अंचल दिवस कार्यक्रम अब ग्रामीणों के लिए उम्मीद की नई किरण बनता जा रहा है। प्रशासनिक स्तर पर शुरू की गई यह पहल न सिर्फ लंबित मामलों के समाधान में कारगर साबित हो रही है, बल्कि आम नागरिकों के जीवन में सम्मान और राहत भी ला रही है।
इसी क्रम में रायडीह प्रखंड के नवागढ़ गांव निवासी महेश्वर उराँव की कहानी चर्चा में रही। महेश्वर उराँव कई वर्षों से दाखिल-खारिज शुद्धि पत्र पाने के लिए अंचल कार्यालय का चक्कर लगा रहे थे, लेकिन उनकी समस्या का समाधान नहीं हो पा रहा था।
शनिवार को आयोजित अंचल दिवस के दौरान उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशन पर अपर समाहर्ता शशींद्र बड़ाईक ने उन्हें मौके पर ही दाखिल-खारिज प्रमाण पत्र सौंप दिया। वर्षों से लंबित प्रमाण पत्र हाथ में मिलते ही महेश्वर भावुक हो उठे और खुशी के आँसू रोक नहीं पाए।
यह कहानी केवल एक नागरिक की समस्या के समाधान तक सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि यह दर्शाती है कि गुमला प्रशासन की यह पहल लोगों को उनके अधिकार समय पर दिलाने का प्रभावी जरिया बन रही है।
उपायुक्त ने दिए निर्देश
कार्यक्रम के दौरान उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने अधिकारियों को सख्त निर्देश दिए कि ग्रामीणों की समस्याओं का समाधान प्राथमिकता के आधार पर किया जाए। उन्होंने कहा,
“लोगों को अपनी छोटी-छोटी समस्याओं के लिए बार-बार कार्यालयों का चक्कर न लगाना पड़े, यही अंचल दिवस का मूल उद्देश्य है।”
पारदर्शिता और त्वरित सेवा की दिशा में बड़ा कदम
गुमला प्रशासन की यह पहल नागरिक सेवाओं को सरल, पारदर्शी और त्वरित बनाने की दिशा में एक मील का पत्थर साबित हो रही है। महेश्वर उराँव जैसे सैकड़ों लोगों की सफलता की कहानियां हर सप्ताह लिखी जा रही हैं, जो गुमला जिले को सुशासन और जनसरोकार के क्षेत्र में नई पहचान दिला रही हैं।
