गुमला में 92% पीवीटीजी आबादी आधार से जुड़ी, शेष के लिए विशेष शिविर शुरू

गुमला, 10 सितंबर।
गुमला जिले में विशेष रूप से कमजोर जनजातीय समूह (PVTG) के नागरिकों को आधार से जोड़ने की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण उपलब्धि दर्ज की गई है। अब तक जिले के करीब 92 प्रतिशत PVTG परिवारों के आधार कार्ड बन चुके हैं, जबकि शेष नागरिकों को जोड़ने के लिए प्रशासन ने सितंबर माह में एक और विशेष अभियान की शुरुआत की है।

18 हजार से अधिक पीवीटीजी आबादी

जिले में लगभग 18 हजार PVTG नागरिक निवास करते हैं। इनमें से अब भी करीब 2,204 लोगों का आधार कार्ड नहीं बन पाया था। जुलाई माह में चलाए गए विशेष ड्राइव के तहत 813 नए आधार कार्ड बनाए गए और 633 पुराने कार्डों में सुधार किया गया। इस तरह एक ही महीने में 1,400 से अधिक लोगों को आधार सुविधा से जोड़ा गया।

शिविरों के जरिए अंतिम चरण की कवायद

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने बताया कि शेष 8 प्रतिशत आबादी को आधार से जोड़ने के लिए 10 से 27 सितंबर तक जिले के सभी 160 PVTG पंचायतों और गांवों में शिविर लगाए जा रहे हैं। उन्होंने निर्देश दिया है कि यदि किसी क्षेत्र में केवल एक भी व्यक्ति का आधार कार्ड बनना बाकी है, तो वहां भी शिविर लगाकर कार्य पूर्ण किया जाए।

दस्तावेज़ों की कमी सबसे बड़ी बाधा

प्रशासन के अनुसार, आधार कार्ड न बनने की मुख्य वजह जानकारी का अभाव और आवश्यक दस्तावेज़ों की कमी रही है। इसके समाधान के लिए पहले लोगों के आवासीय प्रमाण पत्र और अन्य दस्तावेज़ तैयार कराए जा रहे हैं, ताकि बाद में बिना किसी अड़चन के उनका आधार बन सके।

पहचान पत्र से योजनाओं तक पहुँच

उपायुक्त दीक्षित ने कहा, “आधार केवल पहचान पत्र नहीं है, बल्कि योजनाओं से जुड़ने की कुंजी है। इसके अभाव में PVTG समुदाय के कई परिवार सरकारी सुविधाओं से वंचित रह जाते हैं। हमारा लक्ष्य है कि गुमला जिले का कोई भी परिवार पीछे न छूटे और सभी को विकास की मुख्यधारा से जोड़ा जाए।”
