रांची, 13 सितंबर 2025। झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना परिषद के तहत चल रहे द्वितीय अभिभावक-शिक्षक बैठक (PTM) अभियान के अंतर्गत आज रांची के दो राजकीय विद्यालयों में विशेष कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए गए। इस दौरान स्कूली शिक्षा एवं साक्षरता सचिव उमाशंकर सिंह और झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना निदेशक शशि रंजन ने अभिभावकों से सीधा संवाद कर बच्चों की शिक्षा से जुड़ी चिंताओं और समाधान पर चर्चा की।
स्कूलों में संवाद और सम्मान समारोह
रातु स्थित राजकीय मध्य विद्यालय में आयोजित बैठक में शिक्षा सचिव उमाशंकर सिंह ने कहा कि नियमित उपस्थिति से ही बच्चों की शैक्षणिक प्रगति सुनिश्चित होती है। उन्होंने चेतावनी दी कि “जो बच्चे लगातार अनुपस्थित रहते हैं, उनके अनुतीर्ण होने की संभावना अधिक होती है।” सचिव ने शिक्षकों और अभिभावकों से बच्चों की सतत उपस्थिति सुनिश्चित करने की अपील की। कार्यक्रम के दौरान नियमित रूप से उपस्थित रहने वाले और सह-पाठयक्रम गतिविधियों में उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन करने वाले छात्रों को प्रमाणपत्र और पुरस्कार देकर सम्मानित किया गया।
वहीं, नगड़ी प्रखंड के लालगुटवा राजकीय मध्य विद्यालय में आयोजित बैठक को संबोधित करते हुए परियोजना निदेशक शशि रंजन ने कहा कि विद्यालय बच्चों की पहली सामाजिक प्रयोगशाला है, जहां वे मित्रता, सहयोग और सहभागिता की भावना सीखते हैं। उन्होंने अभिभावकों से आग्रह किया कि वे अपने बच्चों की पढ़ाई को किसी भी परिस्थिति में बाधित न होने दें। बैठक के बाद उन्होंने विद्यालय परिसर में पौधारोपण कर “हरित और स्वच्छ विद्यालय” का संदेश दिया।
नीति और जागरूकता पर बल
दोनों अधिकारियों ने अभिभावकों को राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति और शिक्षा के अधिकार अधिनियम के महत्व से अवगत कराया। उन्होंने कहा कि शिक्षा केवल विद्यालय की जिम्मेदारी नहीं है, बल्कि इसमें परिवार और समुदाय की भी समान भूमिका है। इस बार पीटीएम में विशेष रूप से 50 मिनट का वन-टू-वन सेशन रखा गया, जिसमें शिक्षक और अभिभावक व्यक्तिगत स्तर पर संवाद कर सके।
राज्यभर में होगा अनुश्रवण
कार्यक्रम में परिषद के प्रशासी पदाधिकारी सचिदानंद दी. तिग्गा, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक बादल राज, यूनिसेफ के राज्य सलाहकार विजय कुमार, राज्य कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी ममता लकड़ा, जिला परिषद अध्यक्ष समेत कई जनप्रतिनिधि मौजूद रहे।
झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना परिषद ने बताया कि राज्य के सभी 24 जिलों में अभिभावक-शिक्षक बैठकों का अनुश्रवण किया जाएगा। इसके लिए विशेष टीम गठित की गई है, जिसके सदस्य कम से कम दो जिलों में स्वयं जाकर बैठक की समीक्षा करेंगे।
यह पहल न केवल शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता सुधारने की दिशा में एक कदम है, बल्कि अभिभावक और शिक्षक के बीच सकारात्मक साझेदारी को भी मजबूत करेगी।
