गुमला। जिला प्रशासन की पहल पर शनिवार को कामडारा प्रखंड मुख्यालय में आयोजित सातवें अंचल दिवस में बड़ी संख्या में नागरिकों की समस्याओं का मौके पर ही समाधान किया गया। उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर शुरू हुई इस पहल का उद्देश्य है कि लोगों की अंचल कार्यालय से जुड़ी समस्याओं का निस्तारण प्रखंड स्तर पर ही हो, ताकि उन्हें जिला मुख्यालय तक बार-बार न आना पड़े।
नागरिकों की समस्याओं पर त्वरित कार्रवाई
आज के अंचल दिवस में कुल 126 आवेदन प्राप्त हुए, जिनमें से 90 का निपटारा वहीं पर किया गया और 36 आवेदनों को आगे की जांच के लिए संबंधित अधिकारियों को भेजा गया। इसके अलावा जिला स्तरीय जनशिकायत निवारण दिवस से आए 5 मामलों पर तत्काल निर्णय लिया गया।
ऑन द स्पॉट प्रमाण पत्र और समाधान
कार्यक्रम के दौरान नागरिकों की सुविधा के लिए मौके पर ही विभिन्न प्रमाण पत्र जारी किए गए। इनमें शामिल हैं—
- 20 जाति प्रमाण पत्र
- 14 आय प्रमाण पत्र
- 18 आवासीय प्रमाण पत्र
- 9 पारिवारिक सदस्यता प्रमाण पत्र
साथ ही, भूमि विवाद का एक मामला वहीं निपटा दिया गया। पंजी-II सुधार से जुड़े 34 आवेदनों में से 11 का तत्काल निस्तारण हुआ, जबकि शेष 23 पर विस्तृत जांच जारी रहेगी। प्राकृतिक आपदा से संबंधित 19 आवेदनों में से 12 लाभुकों को मौके पर सहायता मिली और बाकी 7 की जांच का आदेश दिया गया।
परिसंपत्तियों का वितरण
अंचल दिवस के मौके पर 35 लाभुकों के बीच परिसंपत्तियाँ और प्रशस्ति पत्र वितरित किए गए, जिनमें दाखिल-खारिज शुद्धि पत्र, सामाजिक सुरक्षा पेंशन प्रमाण पत्र और पारिवारिक सदस्यता से संबंधित स्वीकृतियाँ शामिल थीं। वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों ने नागरिकों को इन प्रमाण पत्रों के महत्व से अवगत कराया और उन्हें प्रशासन से निरंतर जुड़े रहने की अपील की।
उपायुक्त का संदेश
उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कहा, “अंचल दिवस का मकसद है कि जनता की समस्याओं का निवारण प्रखंड स्तर पर ही सुनिश्चित हो। दाखिल-खारिज, पंजी-II सुधार, एलपीसी और भूमि विवाद जैसे मामलों को प्राथमिकता से हल किया जा रहा है। प्रशासन समाधान की पुष्टि लाभुकों से फोन पर भी करेगा ताकि यह सुनिश्चित हो सके कि वे पूरी तरह संतुष्ट हैं।”
उन्होंने आगे जोड़ा कि इस पहल से शासन की पहुंच सीधे ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों तक आसान हुई है, और अब नागरिकों को प्रमाण पत्र, योजनाओं का लाभ और विवादों का समाधान उनके अपने प्रखंड में ही मिल रहा है।
अब तक के नतीजे और आगे की योजना
13 जुलाई से शुरू हुए इस अभियान में अब तक 1000 से अधिक आवेदन दर्ज किए जा चुके हैं, जिनमें से 650 से अधिक का तत्काल निस्तारण किया गया है। प्रशासन का मानना है कि इस पहल से जनता का भरोसा और मजबूत हुआ है और वर्षों से लंबित कई समस्याओं का समाधान मिल रहा है।
अगला अंचल दिवस 20 सितंबर 2025 को बिशुनपुर प्रखंड सह अंचल कार्यालय में आयोजित होगा। उपायुक्त ने बिशुनपुर प्रखंड के नागरिकों से इसमें बड़ी संख्या में भाग लेने और अपनी समस्याओं का समाधान कराने की अपील की।
