गुमला में जिला स्तरीय जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस, कई मामलों का हुआ निस्तारण

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार आज गुमला में जिला स्तरीय जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस आयोजित किया गया। कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता अपर समाहर्ता शशिंद्र कुमार बड़ाइक ने की और विभिन्न पंचायतों से आए नागरिकों की समस्याएं सुनीं।

रोजगार और आर्थिक सहयोग की मांग

कार्यक्रम में असनी पंचायत की रिया उरांव ने खराब आर्थिक स्थिति का हवाला देते हुए रोजगार उपलब्ध कराने की मांग की। इस पर अपर समाहर्ता ने उनके आवेदन को JSLPS गुमला को भेजते हुए आवश्यक कार्रवाई का निर्देश दिया।

विद्यालय की सुरक्षा का मुद्दा

राजकीय उत्क्रमित मध्य विद्यालय, सेम टोली (कामडारा) की प्रबंधन समिति ने विद्यालय परिसर की घेराबंदी की मांग उठाई। समिति का कहना था कि विद्यालय सुदूरवर्ती क्षेत्र में है और घेराबंदी नहीं होने के कारण जंगली हाथी व अन्य जानवर बच्चों की सुरक्षा के लिए खतरा बनते हैं, साथ ही परिसर में बने किचन गार्डन और पौधों को भी नुकसान पहुंचाते हैं। अपर समाहर्ता ने आश्वासन दिया कि इस विषय को संबंधित विभाग को भेजा जाएगा।

जमीन विवाद और मानदेय भुगतान के मामले

शिकायत दिवस में कई नागरिकों ने जमीन विवाद, मानदेय भुगतान, योजनाओं का लाभ न मिलने और आपसी मतभेद से जुड़े मुद्दे रखे। इनमें से कुछ मामलों का निपटारा मौके पर ही कर दिया गया, जबकि शेष आवेदनों को संबंधित विभागों और अधिकारियों को अग्रसारित किया गया।

मुआवजे की लंबित मांग

रायडीह प्रखंड की जसोमति देवी ने बताया कि उनके पति की मृत्यु 20 वर्ष पूर्व जंगली भालू के हमले में हो गई थी। उन्होंने वन विभाग से मुआवजे की मांग की थी, जो अब तक लंबित है। इस पर अपर समाहर्ता ने मामले को गंभीरता से लेते हुए वन विभाग को आवश्यक कार्रवाई का निर्देश दिया।

नियमित आयोजन से मिल रही राहत

गौरतलब है कि उपायुक्त के आदेशानुसार गुमला जिले में हर मंगलवार और शुक्रवार को जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस आयोजित किया जाता है। इस दौरान उपायुक्त अथवा वरीय अधिकारी सीधे तौर पर नागरिकों की समस्याएं सुनकर उनके समाधान की दिशा में कदम उठाते हैं।
