गुमला, झारखंड – दुर्गा पूजा उत्सव के अवसर पर गुमला जिले के विभिन्न पंचायतों में “स्वच्छता ही सेवा 2025” अभियान के तहत स्वच्छता कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए गए। इस दौरान पंचायत प्रतिनिधियों और जलसहिया कार्यकर्ताओं ने गांव-गांव जाकर लोगों को स्वच्छता बनाए रखने, प्लास्टिक के उपयोग से बचने और साफ-सफाई के प्रति जागरूक रहने का संदेश दिया।
पूजा पंडालों और मंदिरों में सफाई
अभियान के दौरान पंचायतों ने दुर्गा पूजा पंडालों और मंदिर परिसरों की व्यापक सफाई कर लोगों को स्वच्छ वातावरण देने का प्रयास किया। पंचायत प्रमुखों ने ग्रामीणों से अपील की कि पूजा-पंडाल, मंदिर परिसर और सार्वजनिक स्थलों पर कचरा न फैलाएं और आस-पास गंदगी ना जमा होने दें।
बच्चों को दी जागरूकता की प्रेरणा
स्कूलों में भी विशेष कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए गए, जहां बच्चों को स्वच्छ रहने और अपने आसपास सफाई रखने के लिए प्रेरित किया गया। बच्चों को समझाया गया कि वे स्वयं साफ-सफाई की आदत डालें और दूसरों को भी इसके लिए प्रोत्साहित करें।
प्लास्टिक मुक्त गांव का संकल्प
स्वच्छता चर्चा के अंत में पंचायतों और ग्रामीणों ने सामूहिक शपथ ली कि अपने गांव और पंचायतों में सिंगल यूज प्लास्टिक का पूरी तरह से उपयोग बंद करेंगे। पंचायत मुखियाओं ने कहा कि यह कदम न केवल पर्यावरण संरक्षण में मदद करेगा बल्कि गांवों को और भी स्वच्छ और स्वस्थ वातावरण प्रदान करेगा।
गांववासियों का कहना है कि यदि प्रत्येक व्यक्ति अपनी जिम्मेदारी निभाए तो गुमला जिला स्वच्छ और प्लास्टिक मुक्त क्षेत्र के रूप में एक मिसाल पेश कर सकता है।
