रांची : झारखंड की खेल प्रतिभाओं को प्रोत्साहन और राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर पहचान दिलाने के उद्देश्य से खेलो झारखंड अंतर्गत राज्य स्तरीय अंडर-17 एवं अंडर-19 बालक-बालिका वॉलीबॉल प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन 25 से 27 सितम्बर तक खेलगांव स्थित हरिवंश टाना भगत इनडोर स्टेडियम में किया जाएगा। प्रतियोगिता के लिए सभी खिलाड़ियों को 24 सितम्बर तक रिपोर्टिंग करनी होगी।
बड़ी भागीदारी, सशक्त तैयारी
इस राज्य स्तरीय मुकाबले में सभी 24 जिलों से कुल 1152 खिलाड़ी भाग ले रहे हैं, जिनमें 576 बालक और 576 बालिकाएँ शामिल होंगी। इन खिलाड़ियों के साथ 192 कोच और मैनेजर भी मौजूद रहेंगे। प्रतियोगिता तक पहुँचने के लिए प्रतिभागियों ने विद्यालय, प्रखंड और जिला स्तर पर आयोजित चयन प्रतियोगिताओं में विजय प्राप्त की है।
आयोजन समितियाँ और प्रबंधन
राज्य परियोजना निदेशक शशि रंजन ने बताया कि आयोजन की सफलता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए एक मुख्य समिति के साथ 14 उप-समितियाँ गठित की गई हैं। उन्होंने कहा, “खेलो झारखंड न सिर्फ ग्रामीण और शहरी क्षेत्रों की प्रतिभाओं को मंच देता है, बल्कि बच्चों में अनुशासन, टीम वर्क और खेल भावना का भी विकास करता है।”
प्रशिक्षण शिविर और आगे का चयन
प्रतियोगिता के बाद चयनित खिलाड़ियों को 21 दिवसीय विशेष आवासीय प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा। शिविर के दौरान विशेषज्ञ कोच खिलाड़ियों को आधुनिक तकनीक और रणनीतियों का अभ्यास कराएँगे। शिविर में बेहतरीन प्रदर्शन करने वाले खिलाड़ियों का चयन राष्ट्रीय स्तर की स्कूली खेल प्रतियोगिताओं के लिए किया जाएगा, जहाँ वे झारखंड का प्रतिनिधित्व करेंगे।
खेल प्रेमियों के लिए अवसर
यह राज्य स्तरीय प्रतियोगिता जहाँ खिलाड़ियों के लिए भविष्य संवारने का अवसर बनेगी, वहीं खेलगांव पहुंचने वाले दर्शकों और खेलप्रेमियों के लिए भी रोमांचक अनुभव लेकर आएगी।
