हाकिमों को सरकार का साथ देने पर ईनाम के तौर पर कुछ न कुछ जरूर मिला

अयोध्या फैसला करने के बाद 5 जजों ने एक फाइव स्टार होटल में पार्टी की थी. उन जजों में गोगोई, चंद्रचुड, बोबडे, अशोक भूषण और एस अब्दुल नजीर शामिल थे. गोगोई पर पहले एक महिला से यौन शोषण के आरोप लगे. बाद में मोदी सरकार उनके बचाव में आये और फिर राम मंदिर का फैसला आया. 

रिटायरमेंट के बाद राज्यसभा मिला. चंद्रचुड पद पर रहते कुछ नहीं पा सकें. अभी छटपटा रहें हैं. शायद अगले माह तक कुछ बड़ा पद मिल जाये. बोबडे वही बीजेपी नेता के बुलेट पर बैठने वाले जज हैं जो वायरल हुआ था. उनका यह कथन भी आया था जब दुष्कर्म पीड़िता को कहा था रेपिस्ट से शादी कर लो. भूषण किसी प्राधिकरण में अध्यक्ष बनाये गये और नजीर साहब राज्यपाल बनाये गये. सबको कुछ न कुछ जरूर मिला है भारत के संवैधानिक ढांचा खत्म करने के ईनाम के तौर पर. 

दरअसल, भारत का सुप्रीम कोर्ट कॉलेेजियम सिस्टम होने के बावजूद इतना बढ़िया था कि 2014 तक इसमें कोई भी संघी नहीं घुस पाया था. बाद में अमित शाह का क्रिमिनल केस लड़े यू. यू. ललित सुप्रीम कोर्ट का चीफ जस्टिस बन बैठा.  दीपक मिश्रा की कहानी तो सबको पता ही है. जो थोड़े बहुत बेदाग रह गये उनमें टी एस ठाकुर, खेहर और रमना जैसे नाम लिए जा सकते हैं.

एक माह के अंदर चंद्रचूड़ जी को भी ईनाम मिलने वाला है !

एक चर्चित दलाल बहुत दिनों तक सोशल मीडिया में कॉलेजियम और चंद्रचुड और उसके पिता को लेकर निशाना साधता था. अभी पता नहीं वह दलाल क्या कह रहा है चंद्रचुड के बारे में? खैर सुप्रीम कोर्ट के जजों के फैसले और उसके बाद के उनके बयानों पर चौंकने वाली कोई बात नहीं है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट अब पूरी तरह उनके कब्जे में है. वे जब तक चाहें उमर खालिद की सुनवाई नहीं होती है.

वे जब तक चाहें खालिद सैफी को जमानत नहीं मिलती है. वे जब तक चाहें संजीव भट्ट की याचिका पर सुनवाई नहीं होती है. 30 दिन गिन लीजिये चंद्रचुड को ईनाम मिलने वाला है, पीएमओ से कोई सम्पर्क कट गया रहा होगा इसलिए उन्होंने अपनी बात रखने न्यूज़लॉन्ड्री का सहारा लिया है.
