गुमला : गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने विभिन्न श्रेणी के अभ्यर्थियों और सेवा काल में दिवंगत कर्मियों के आश्रितों को शनिवार को नियुक्ति पत्र सौंपे। इस मौके पर उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार की नीति का उद्देश्य योग्य उम्मीदवारों को रोजगार उपलब्ध कराना और मृत कर्मियों के परिजनों को आर्थिक एवं सामाजिक सुरक्षा प्रदान करना है।
चयन प्रक्रिया और नियुक्ति विवरण
गृह विभाग, झारखंड राँची की अधिसूचना (पत्र संख्या 3206, दिनांक 15 जून 2002) के तहत उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित चयन प्रक्रिया में चौकीदार/दफादार पद हेतु पात्र अभ्यर्थियों का चयन किया गया। इन्हें शैक्षणिक योग्यता व अनुशंसा के आधार पर वेतनमान 5200-20200 (PB-1) तथा ग्रेड पे 1800 में अस्थायी रूप से नियुक्त किया गया है। इनके पदस्थापन का कार्य संबंधित अंचल और वीट में तय किया गया है।
इस अवसर पर रायडीह प्रखंड के स्व. राम उराँव के पुत्र सुदीप उराँव और घाघरा थाना क्षेत्र के ग्राम अरंगी के निवासी सुनिल कच्छप को चौकीदार पद पर नियुक्त किया गया। उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि मृत सरकारी सेवकों के आश्रित परिवारों की देखभाल नव-नियुक्त कर्मियों की जिम्मेदारी होगी और इसकी अवहेलना गंभीर कदाचार मानी जाएगी।
अनुकम्पा आधारित नियुक्तियाँ
जिला अनुकम्पा समिति की 8 सितम्बर 2025 को सम्पन्न बैठक के निर्णय के अनुरूप, उग्रवादी घटनाओं या सेवा अवधि में आकस्मिक निधन से प्रभावित परिवारों को भी नियुक्ति का अवसर मिला। इस प्रावधान के तहत समाहरणालय गुमला में चतुर्थ श्रेणी (अनुसेवक) के पद पर चार अभ्यर्थियों को नियुक्त किया गया। इनमें स्व. गजेन्द्र साहु के पुत्र अरुण साहु, स्व. जयप्रकाश साहु की पत्नी मोनिका देवी, स्व. अशोक सिंह की पत्नी लक्ष्मीण देवी और स्व. रामवृत उराँव के पुत्र विकास उराँव शामिल हैं। इन्हें सत्यापन और सेवा शर्तों की पूर्ति के बाद नियुक्ति पत्र सौंपे गए।
नई नियुक्तियों को नियमित वेतनमान के साथ जीवनयापन भत्ता एवं अन्य स्वीकृत भत्ते सरकार द्वारा प्रदान किए जाएंगे।

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने सभी नियुक्त कर्मियों से ईमानदारी और कर्तव्यनिष्ठा के साथ सेवा करने का आह्वान किया। उन्होंने कहा कि ये नियुक्तियाँ न केवल व्यक्तिगत जिम्मेदारियों के निर्वहन का साधन हैं, बल्कि जिला प्रशासन की प्रतिबद्धता का भी प्रतीक हैं। उन्होंने विश्वास जताया कि इससे प्रशासनिक कार्यों में मजबूती आएगी और प्रभावित परिवारों को जीवन को नए सिरे से आगे बढ़ाने का अवसर मिलेगा।
