गुमला : गुमला जिला उद्योग केन्द्र परिसर में शनिवार को आयोजित विशेष कार्यक्रम में पारंपरिक माटीकला को आधुनिक तकनीक से जोड़ने की दिशा में बड़ा कदम उठाया गया। झारखंड माटीकला बोर्ड रांची और मुख्यमंत्री लघु एवं कुटीर उद्यम विकास बोर्ड के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में आयोजित इस कार्यक्रम में 31 चयनित शिल्पकारों को 90 प्रतिशत अनुदान पर विद्युत चाक वितरण किया गया।
आत्मनिर्भरता की दिशा में पहल
कार्यक्रम में उपस्थित उप विकास आयुक्त ने कहा कि माटीकला योजना का उद्देश्य पारंपरिक मिट्टी शिल्पकारों को आधुनिक साधनों से लैस कर उनकी उत्पादन क्षमता बढ़ाना और उन्हें आर्थिक रूप से आत्मनिर्भर बनाना है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस पहल से शिल्पकारों को स्वरोजगार के नए अवसर मिलेंगे, जिससे ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था सुदृढ़ होगी।
उन्होंने जिलेवासियों से अपील की कि दीपावली जैसे त्योहारों पर मिट्टी के दीये और बर्तन खरीदकर स्थानीय कारीगरों को सशक्त बनाएं और लोकल फॉर वोकल अभियान को सफल बनाएं।
उत्पादन क्षमता और बाजार की संभावनाएं
जिला उद्यमी समन्वयक ने बताया कि विद्युत चाक मिलने से शिल्पकार आधुनिक तकनीक से जुड़ेंगे, जिससे उनका श्रम घटेगा और उत्पादन क्षमता बढ़ेगी। उन्होंने कहा, “अब कारीगर बाजार की मांग को बेहतर ढंग से पूरा कर पाएंगे। यह जिले में स्वरोजगार को बढ़ावा देने की दिशा में अहम पहल है।”
महाप्रबंधक ने लाभुकों को प्रोत्साहित करते हुए कहा कि वे विद्युत चाक का उपयोग कर बड़े पैमाने पर उत्पाद तैयार करें और स्थानीय बाजार को मजबूत बनाएं।
कारीगरों का उत्साह और आभार
इस योजना के तहत सहायता प्राप्त करने वाले सभी लाभुकों ने जिला प्रशासन और उद्योग विभाग का धन्यवाद करते हुए कहा कि यह पहल उनके काम को नई पहचान देने के साथ-साथ जीवनयापन में भी मददगार साबित होगी।
व्यापक सहभागिता
कार्यक्रम में जिला उद्यमी समन्वयक सूरज कुमार, सभी प्रखंड उद्यमी समन्वयक—शशि भूषण साहू, अमृता कच्छप, बिमला कुमारी, प्रमोद कुमार, गनदूर उरांव, अजय मोहन प्रसाद, रोहित सारंगी, हरे कृष्ण साहू, प्रवीण कुमार—सहित मुख्यमंत्री लघु एवं कुटीर उद्यम विकास बोर्ड गुमला के प्रतिनिधि और बड़ी संख्या में माटी शिल्पकार मौजूद थे।
नई दिशा की संभावना
गरिमामय माहौल में सम्पन्न इस कार्यक्रम से गुमला जिले की पारंपरिक माटीकला को नई दिशा मिलने की उम्मीद जताई जा रही है। अधिकारियों ने विश्वास व्यक्त किया कि इस प्रयास से स्थानीय कारीगरों की आजीविका मजबूत होगी और जिले के सामाजिक-आर्थिक ढांचे में सकारात्मक बदलाव आएगा।
