गिरिडीह जिले के दस थानों में हो सकती है महिला मुंशी की प्रतिनियुक्ति

गिरिडीह : झारखंड पुलिस मुख्यालय ने शारदीय नवरात्र में नारी शक्ति की दिशा में बड़ा कदम उठाया है. खबर है कि डीजीपी अनुराग गुप्ता के निर्देश पर राज्य के सभी जिलों के थानों में महिला मुंशी के प्रतिनियुक्त करने का निर्णय लिया गया है। सूत्र बताते हैं कि झारखंड पुलिस मुख्यालय की तरफ से सभी जिलों के एसपी पत्र भेजा गया है।

माना जा रहा है कि महिला मुंशी के जरिये थानों को महिला किंगपिन के रूप में विकसित करने का यह फॉर्मूला निश्चित तौर पर मील का पत्थर साबित होगा। सभी जिले के एसपी को लिखे पत्र में राज्य पुलिस ने यह भी आदेश जारी किया है, उसमें सभी थाने में वॉशरूम, चेंजिंग रूम और महिला मुंशी को अपने बच्चों के लिए स्तनपान कराने की व्यवस्था करने का निर्देश जारी किया गया है।

पुलिस सूत्रों की मानें तो गिरिडीह के करीब 10 थानों में अब महिला मुंशी की प्रति नियुक्ति की जा सकती है। अगले कुछ दिनों में गिरिडीह के नगर थाना, मुफस्सिल थाना समेत कई थानों में आम लोगों के आवेदन अब महिला मुंशी ही देखेंगी। उस आवेदन पर थाना प्रभारी को कार्रवाई के लिए फॉरवर्ड करेंगी।

राज्य पुलिस का इसके पीछे सबसे बड़ा कारण लोगों में पुलिस के प्रति आम लोगों में छवि बदलने का एक प्रयास है कि लोगों को छोटे से काम के लिए परेशानी नहीं उठानी पडे।

जानकारी के अनुसार आईआरबी के महिला बटालियन को इसकी जिम्मेदारी दी गयी है, जिन्हें ख़ास तौर पर ट्रेनिंग भी दी गयी है. ट्रेनिंग के बाद अब महिला मुंशी को उनके मनचाहा थाना में पोस्टिंग का निर्देश भी एसपी को दे दिया गया है।
