देवघर डीसी नेे विभिन्न योजनाओं की समीक्षा केे बाद एग्री स्मार्ट विलेज योजना को लेकर अधिकारियों दिए कई निर्देश

देवघर : उपायुक्त सह जिला दण्डाधिकारी नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा की अध्यक्षता में शनिवार को कृषि, पशुपालन, गव्य, मत्स्य, भूमि संरक्षण, उद्यान, जेएसएलपीएस एवं सहकारिता विभाग से जुड़ी विभिन्न योजनाओं की समीक्षा बैठक का आयोजन समाहरणालय सभागार में किया गया। डीसी ने विभिन्न योजनाओं के तहत धीमी गति से चल रहे कार्यों पर रोष प्रकट करते हुए संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक व उचित दिशा निर्देश दिया।

डीसी ने मत्स्य पालन की दिशा में बेहतर कार्य करने के अलावा कैज फिसिंग, मछली जीरा वितरण के अलावा मत्स्य प्रसार-प्रशिक्षण एवं अनुसंधान, तालाबों में मिश्रित मत्स्य पालन आदि से जुड़े की कार्यों की समीक्षा करते हुए शत प्रतिशत योजनाओं को ससमय पूर्ण करते हुए सुयोग्य लाभुकों को योजनाओं के लाभ से लाभान्वित करने का निर्देश दिया।

डीसी ने गव्य व पशुपालन विभाग से जुड़े कार्यों की समीक्षा की

बैठक के दौरान डीसी ने सहकारिता विभाग द्वारा किये जा रहे कार्यों की समीक्षा करते हुए सभी पैक्सों को डिजिटल बनाते हुए बैंकिंग कॉरेस्पोंडेंस व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने की बात कही. डीसी ने गव्य विकास व पशुपालन विभाग से जुड़े कार्यों की समीक्षा करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री पशुधन विकास योजना, जोड़ा बैल वितरण, बकरा वितरण, सुकर विकास, चूजा वितरण, बतख पालन आदि से जुड़े कार्यों की समीक्षा करते हुए शत-प्रतिशत योग्य लाभुकों को लाभान्वित करने का निर्देश दिया।

इसके अलावा वित्तीय वर्ष-2024-25 के भूमि संरक्षण विभाग द्वारा इस वित्तीय वर्ष में जिला अन्तर्गत सरकारी व निजी तालाबों को जीर्णोद्धार को लेकर किये जा रहे कार्यों की समीक्षा करते हुए शेष बचे तालाबों के जीर्णेाद्धार के कार्यों को ससमय पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया।

समीक्षा बैठक के दौरान डीसी ने कृषि विभाग द्वारा खरीफ फसलों के बीज वितरण (धान, मक्का, सरसों आदि) कार्यों के अलावा पीएमकेएसवाई, डीप एरिगेशन, पीएम किसान, केसीसी के तहत चल रहे कार्यों की बिन्दुवार समीक्षा करने के अलावा एफपीओ बनाने की दिशा में दिशा में संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक व उचित दिशा-निर्देश दिया।

कृषि यांत्रिकी वितरण के कार्यों में तेजी लाने का डीसी नेे दिया निर्देेश

डीसी जिला भूमि संरक्षण विभाग द्वारा किये जा रहे कार्यों की विस्तृत समीक्षा करते हुए किन-किन योजनाओं के तहत जिले में किसान समूहों को कृषि यंत्र का वितरण किया जा रहा है। डीसी ने जिला भूमि संरक्षण पदाधिकारी से कहा कि कृषि यांत्रिकी के वितरण में पारदर्शिता के अलावा किसान समूहों को प्राथमिकता दी जाय एवं जो योग्य लाभुक हैं, उन्हें योजना के लाभ से लाभान्वित किया जा सके।

डीसी ने कृषि विभाग द्वारा कृषि ऋण माफी योजना के अलावा खरीफ व रबी फसल वितरण को लेकर किये जा रहे कार्यों की समीक्षा करते हुए रबी फसल से जुड़े वितरण के कार्यों को जल्द पूर्ण करने का निर्देश जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी को दिया। साथ ही गोधन न्याय योजना, बिरसा ग्राम विकास योजना, उद्यान विकास से जुड़े विभिन्न कार्यों के अलावा एग्री स्मार्ट विलेज योजना की दिशा में जमीनी स्तर पर कार्य करते हुए उपायुक्त कार्यालय को अवगत कराने का निर्देश संबंधित अधिकारियों को दिया।

बैठक जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी, जिला सहकारिता पदाधिकारी, जिला पशुपालन पदाधिकारी, जिला उद्यान पदाधिकारी, जिला मत्स्य पदाधिकारी, जिला भूमि संरक्षण पदाधिकारी, उप परियोजना निदेशक आत्मा, सहायक जनसम्पर्क पदाधिकारी एवं संबंधित विभाग के अधिकारी आदि उपस्थित थे।
