गुमला : – गुमला समाहरणालय स्थित कार्यालय कक्ष में उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में जिला सामान्य शाखा से जुड़े कार्यों की समीक्षा बैठक का आयोजन किया गया। बैठक में विभिन्न प्रशासनिक मामलों पर चर्चा करते हुए संबंधित अधिकारियों से प्रगति रिपोर्ट प्राप्त की गई। उपायुक्त ने निर्देशित किया कि सभी कार्य पारदर्शिता, समयबद्धता और सुचारू रूप से निष्पादित हों। प्रमाण-पत्र निर्गत, सत्यापन, विभागीय संप्रेषण और कर्मियों की सेवा संबंधी मामलों की प्रगति पर बल देते हुए यह सुनिश्चित करने को कहा गया कि जिले के नागरिकों को प्रमाण-पत्र निर्गत समेत तमाम प्रशासनिक सेवाएं निर्धारित समय-सीमा में सहजता से मिलें। उन्होंने सभी विभागों को आपसी समन्वय बनाकर अद्यतित रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने तथा नागरिकों की शिकायतों के त्वरित समाधान को प्राथमिकता देने का निर्देश दिया। किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही या विलंब पर जिम्मेदार अधिकारियों की जवाबदेही तय की जाए। उपस्थित अधिकारियों व कर्मचारियों को निर्देशित किया गया कि लंबित प्रमाण-पत्र आवेदन, स्थानांतरण एवं कार्मिक संबंधी प्रकरणों को शीघ्रता से पूर्ण करें, ताकि जिले के नागरिकों को उच्चतम सेवाएं मिलें और प्रशासन के प्रति विश्वास बना रहे।
इस दौरान मुख्य रूप से उप विकास आयुक्त गुमला, जिला सामान्य शाखा पदाधिकारी सहित अन्य सम्बंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी मौजूद रहें।
