भरनो में आयोजित आंचल दिवस में प्राप्त हुए 119 आवेदन ,81 आवेदनों का हुआ मौके पर समाधान

उपायुक्त ने कहा, अंचल सम्बंधित समस्याओं को लेकर नागरिक सर्व प्रथम अंचल कार्यालय जाएं, अंचल अधिकारी से मिलें, यदि समाधान अंचल स्तर पर नहीं होगा तो जिला स्तर पर लिया जाएगा एक्शन

गुमला : – गुमला जिला में प्रत्येक शनिवार को जिला में संचालित अंचल दिवस कार्यक्रम के तहत आज भरनो प्रखंड मुख्यालय परिसर में अंचल दिवस का सफल आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने की, जिनके नेतृत्व में कार्यक्रम में आम नागरिकों की समस्याओं का त्वरित समाधान किया गया। इस दौरान अपर समाहर्ता, संबंधित अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी, सम्बंधित भूमि सुधार उपसमाहर्ता, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी भरनो, अंचल अधिकारी भरनो तथा अन्य विभागीय अधिकारी एवं कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहे।कार्यक्रम के दौरान उपायुक्त ने नागरिकों से सीधे संवाद स्थापित कर उनकी शिकायतों और आवश्यकताओं को सुना तथा संबंधित विभागों को यथाशीघ्र निस्तारण हेतु निर्देशित किया। भरनो अंचल दिवस के अवसर पर कुल 119 आवेदन प्राप्त हुए, जिनमें से 81 आवेदनों का मौके पर निष्पादन सुनिश्चित किया गया। शेष आवेदनों में से 3 आवेदनों को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर विस्तृत जांच के लिए निर्देशित किया गया है।आज के दिवस में उपायुक्त के जन शिकायत दिवस से मिले 12 आवेदनों में से 9 का तुरंत निष्पादन हुआ तथा 3 आवेदनों की जांच का आदेश दिया गया। भूमि सत्यापन सम्बंधित 4 प्राप्त आवेदनों का भी समाधान किया गया। जाति प्रमाण-पत्र के 25, आय प्रमाण-पत्र के 23 और आवासीय प्रमाण-पत्र के 18 प्राप्त सभी आवेदनों का त्वरित निष्पादन किया गया। कृषि ऋण से संबंधित 2 आवेदनों का भी निपटारा किया गया है। अन्य श्रेणियों—जैसे पंजी-दो सुधार, दाखिल-खारिज, पारिवारिक सदस्यता, भूमि विवाद, परिमेशन एवं विविध प्रकरणों पर प्राथमिकता के साथ कार्रवाई की जा रही है।
इस दौरान मौके पर पारिवारिक सदस्यता एवं दाखिल खारिज शुद्धिपत्र के 17 प्रमाण पत्रों का वितरण मौके पर ही किया गया।

उपायुक्त ने संबोधन में कहा कि अंचल दिवस का मुख्य उद्देश्य नागरिकों को उनके प्रखंड स्तर पर त्वरित, पारदर्शी एवं निष्पक्ष सेवा प्रदान करना है। अंचल संबंधित मुख्य समस्याओं सहित, आय, जाति, आवासीय प्रमाण-पत्र जैसे नागरिक सेवाओं के आवेदनों का समयबद्ध निष्पादन जिला प्रशासन की प्राथमिकता है। इस दौरान उपायुक्त ने जिले के नागरिकों से अपील कि कि अंचल सम्बंधित किसी भी प्रकार की समस्या के लिए नागरिक अपने नजदीकी अंचल कार्यालय से सर्वप्रथम समन्वय स्थापित करें, अंचल अधिकारी से पहले मिले ,यदि वहां कार्य नहीं होता है तो उपायुक्त के जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में जिला कार्यालय अवश्य आएं समाधान सुनिश्चित रूप से किया जाएगा। परन्तु नागरिक सबसे पहले अंचल अधिकारी से ही मिलना सुनिश्चित करेंगे।

प्रशासन यह भी सुनिश्चित कर रहा है कि जिन आवेदनों का निष्पादन किया गया है, उन लाभुकों से पुष्टि ली जाए कि समाधान संतोषजनक है या नहीं।उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने उपस्थित नागरिकों से आग्रह किया कि वे भविष्योन्मुखी सोच के साथ अपनी समस्याएँ अंचल दिवस पर साझा करें और सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ उठाएँ। उन्होंने कहा कि पारदर्शिता, जवाबदेही और सक्रिय पहल से ही प्रशासन और जनमानस के बीच विश्वास की भावना और मजबूत की जा सकती है।

आज का अंचल दिवस कार्यक्रम जिले में नागरिक कल्याण, त्वरित समाधान एवं सुशासन के प्रति जिला प्रशासन के संकल्प का प्रमाण है।

अगला अंचल दिवस दिनांक 11 अक्टूबर 2025 को बसिया प्रखंड सह अंचल कार्यालय में आयोजित किया जाएगा। बसिया प्रखंड के सभी नागरिकों से आग्रह किया जाता है कि वे अपने अंचल संबंधी समस्याओं एवं शिकायतों के समाधान हेतु कार्यक्रम में उपस्थित होकर अधिक से अधिक लाभ उठाएँ।
