गुमला में सड़क सुरक्षा पर बड़ा अभियान: 95 से अधिक लोगों पर लगा जुर्माना, 1.01 लाख वसूले

गुमला : – गुमला जिले में बढ़ती सड़क दुर्घटनाओं पर लगाम लगाने के उद्देश्य से, 06 अक्टूबर, 2025 को गुमला जिला प्रशासन द्वारा एक सघन सड़क सुरक्षा जाँच अभियान चलाया गया। उपायुक्त और पुलिस अधीक्षक के निर्देशानुसार, यह विशेष पहल जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी (डीटीओ) के नेतृत्व में की गई। इस दौरान यातायात नियमों का उल्लंघन करने वाले 95 से अधिक वाहन चालकों पर कार्रवाई की गई और उनसे कुल ₹1,01,000 (एक लाख एक हजार रुपए) का जुर्माना वसूला गया।

हेलमेट और सीट बेल्ट पर विशेष ध्यान

डीटीओ ज्ञान जायसवाल अपनी टीम के साथ गुमला थाना के सामने मुख्य मार्गों और चौराहों पर तैनात रहे, जिससे नियम तोड़ने वाले वाहन चालकों में हड़कंप मच गया। अभियान का मुख्य फोकस दोपहिया वाहन चालकों के लिए हेलमेट की अनिवार्यता और चार पहिया वाहन चालकों के लिए सीट बेल्ट पर था।

इस पहल का प्राथमिक लक्ष्य सड़क दुर्घटनाओं को कम करना था। डीटीओ जायसवाल ने स्पष्ट किया कि लगातार नियमों को तोड़ने वाले चालकों पर लगाम कसना आवश्यक है।

नियम तोड़ने वाले 95 लोगों पर कार्रवाई

जाँच अभियान के दौरान विभिन्न उल्लंघनों के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई की गई, जिनमें मुख्य रूप से शामिल थे:

• दोपहिया वाहनों से संबंधित: बिना हेलमेट के गाड़ी चलाना, ‘ट्रिपल राइडिंग’, तेज गति और ‘ड्रिंक एंड ड्राइव’ के मामले।

• अमान्य कागज़ात: ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, इंश्योरेंस, परमिट, पीयूसी (PUC) और रोड टैक्स जैसे ज़रूरी दस्तावेज़ों के बिना वाहन चलाना।

• अनाधिकृत हॉर्न: प्रेशर हॉर्न और मल्टी-टोन हॉर्न का उपयोग।

• अवैध टेंपो: बिना परमिट चल रहे कई टेंपो वाहनों को गुमला थाना परिसर में जब्त कर लिया गया।

जुर्माने के साथ जागरूकता पर ज़ोर

अभियान के दौरान पकड़े गए 95 से अधिक लोगों पर न सिर्फ जुर्माना लगाया गया, बल्कि उन्हें यातायात नियमों और सड़क सुरक्षा के महत्व के बारे में भी जागरूक किया गया। डीटीओ ज्ञान शंकर जायसवाल ने व्यक्तिगत रूप से चालकों को लापरवाही से होने वाली दुर्घटनाओं के गंभीर परिणामों के बारे में समझाया और भविष्य में अनिवार्य रूप से नियमों का पालन करने की हिदायत दी।

अधिकारियों ने यह स्पष्ट चेतावनी भी दी है कि भविष्य में यातायात नियमों का उल्लंघन करने वालों के खिलाफ और भी सख्त कदम उठाए जाएंगे।

इस सघन जाँच में गुमला थाना प्रभारी महेंद्र करमाली, मोटरयान निरीक्षक रॉबिन अजय सिंह, प्रदीप कुमार तिर्की और डीटीओ कार्यालय के कर्मी प्रमुख रूप से उपस्थित थे। यह अभियान गुमला जिले में सुरक्षित और अनुशासित सड़क परिवहन व्यवस्था स्थापित करने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम माना जा रहा है।
