गुमला : उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर बिशुनपुर प्रखंड सभागार में उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में आवास, मनरेगा और अन्य विकास योजनाओं की प्रगति की समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित हुई। इसमें प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, पंचायत सचिव और संबंधित अधिकारी शामिल थे।
आवास योजनाओं पर असंतोष
उप विकास आयुक्त ने अबुआ आवास योजना (वित्तीय वर्ष 2023-24 व 2024-25) के लक्ष्य अनुरूप कार्य पूर्ण न होने पर नाराजगी जताई। उन्होंने सभी पंचायत सचिवों और प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी को निर्धारित समयसीमा में आवास निर्माण कार्य पूरा करने का निर्देश दिया। जो पंचायतें संतोषजनक प्रगति नहीं कर पाई हैं, उन्हें चेतावनी जारी करते हुए 15 अक्टूबर 2025 तक निर्धारित लक्ष्य पूरा करने को कहा गया।
प्रधानमंत्री जनमन आवास योजना की समीक्षा में भी उन्होंने असंतोष व्यक्त किया और कहा कि बिशुनपुर को जिले में सबसे अधिक लक्ष्य मिलने के कारण यहां निष्पादन में तेजी लाना आवश्यक है। जिन लाभुकों को तीसरी किस्त मिल चुकी है, उनके आवास का निर्माण जल्द पूरा कराने के निर्देश दिए गए।
मनरेगा और बिरसा हरित ग्राम योजना में सुधार के निर्देश
मनरेगा अंतर्गत बिरसा हरित ग्राम योजना के आम बागवानी कार्य की समीक्षा करते हुए उप विकास आयुक्त ने समय पर पौधारोपण, मानव दिवस सृजन में वृद्धि, एबीपीएस को 100% करने और महिला श्रमिकों की भागीदारी बढ़ाने पर जोर दिया।
जवाबदेही तय करने की चेतावनी
उप विकास आयुक्त ने कहा कि योजनाओं की प्रगति की नियमित समीक्षा होगी और अपेक्षित सुधार न होने पर संबंधित अधिकारियों की जवाबदेही तय की जाएगी। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि सभी योजनाओं का समय पर और गुणवत्तापूर्ण क्रियान्वयन जिला प्रशासन की प्राथमिकता है।
