गुमला : उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के अनुपालन में जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक ने जिले के विभिन्न शैक्षणिक संस्थानों का गहन निरीक्षण किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने विद्यालयों की शैक्षणिक गुणवत्ता का आकलन करते हुए बोर्ड परीक्षा की तैयारी की स्थिति का विस्तृत मूल्यांकन किया।
प्रमुख विद्यालयों का निरीक्षण
निरीक्षण अभियान के दौरान जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक ने जिला मुख्यालय स्थित मॉडल विद्यालय, उच्च विद्यालय करंजटोली और कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका विद्यालय का दौरा किया। उन्होंने कक्षा 9 से 12 तक के छात्र-छात्राओं की अध्ययन प्रगति, उपस्थिति और परीक्षा तैयारी का जायजा लिया।
बोर्ड परीक्षाओं की तैयारी पर जोर
अधीक्षक ने सभी विद्यालयों को निर्देश दिया कि निर्धारित समयसीमा के भीतर सभी विषयों का पाठ्यक्रम पूर्ण कराया जाए। विद्यार्थियों के शैक्षणिक प्रदर्शन को बेहतर बनाने के लिए उन्होंने कोर्स रिवीजन, मॉडल प्रश्न पत्रों का अभ्यास, मॉक टेस्ट और नियमित गृहकार्य को अनिवार्य रूप से संचालित करने के निर्देश दिए।
रेल टेस्ट (मूल्यांकन परीक्षा) के परिणामों के आधार पर कमजोर छात्रों की पहचान कर उन्हें विशेष कक्षाओं के माध्यम से अतिरिक्त सहयोग देने का निर्देश भी जारी किया गया।
विद्यालय प्रबंधन से संवाद
निरीक्षण के दौरान जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक ने विद्यालय प्रबंधन समिति के सदस्यों से बातचीत की और शिक्षा का अधिकार अधिनियम, मध्याह्न भोजन योजना तथा अन्य शैक्षणिक कार्यक्रमों की जानकारी ली। उन्होंने इन योजनाओं के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन और निगरानी पर विशेष बल दिया, ताकि विद्यालय स्तर पर पारदर्शिता और गुणवत्ता बनी रहे।
परीक्षा व्यवस्था की समीक्षा
मुख्यमंत्री उत्कृष्ट विद्यालय में चल रहे अर्धवार्षिक परीक्षाओं का भी उन्होंने निरीक्षण किया। अधीक्षक ने परीक्षा की गोपनीयता, मूल्यांकन प्रक्रिया, और अनुशासन व्यवस्था की समीक्षा की। साथ ही विद्यालय प्रबंधन को निर्देश दिया कि शिक्षकों की जिम्मेदारी तय कर गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा सुनिश्चित की जाए।
जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक ने कहा कि “आगामी बोर्ड परीक्षाओं में विद्यार्थियों का प्रदर्शन जिले की शैक्षणिक साख तय करेगा, इसलिए सभी विद्यालय मिलकर यह सुनिश्चित करें कि कोई भी छात्र किसी विषय में पीछे न रहे।”
