गुमला जिला प्रशासन ने श्रमिकों को सामाजिक सुरक्षा योजनाओं से जोड़ने के लिए सघन श्रम निबंधन एवं जागरूकता अभियान चलाया। उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर श्रम विभाग ने जुलाई से सितंबर 2025 के बीच जिले के सभी प्रखंडों, विशेषकर सुदूरवर्ती और आदिवासी बहुल क्षेत्रों में शिविर आयोजित किए।
अभियान की उपलब्धियां
जिला श्रम अधीक्षक के नेतृत्व में चले इस अभियान में 2,929 नागरिकों को निबंधन के महत्व और योजनाओं की जानकारी दी गई, जबकि 4,164 श्रमिकों का निबंधन किया गया। इनमें शामिल हैं:

1,781 असंगठित श्रमिक

394 प्रवासी श्रमिक
योजनाओं से जुड़ने का लाभ
निबंधन के बाद श्रमिकों को झारखंड असंगठित कर्मकार मृत्यु एवं दुर्घटना सहायता योजना, मातृत्व सहायता, अंत्येष्टि सहायता, कौशल उन्नयन, उपचार आजीविका सहायता, मुख्यमंत्री औजार सहायता, साइकिल व सिलाई मशीन सहायता, और विवाह सहायता जैसी योजनाओं का लाभ मिलता है। प्रवासी श्रमिकों को दुर्घटना या आपदा में 50 हजार से 2 लाख रुपये तक वित्तीय सहायता मिलती है।
निर्माण श्रमिकों के लिए 13 कल्याणकारी योजनाएं उपलब्ध हैं, जिनमें सेफ्टी कीट, औजार सहायता, मेधावी छात्रवृत्ति, चिकित्सा प्रतिपूर्ति, मातृत्व सुविधा, विवाह सहायता, अंत्येष्टि सहायता, पेंशन, निशक्तता पेंशन, पारिवारिक पेंशन और अनाथ पेंशन प्रमुख हैं।
निबंधन की प्रक्रिया
श्रम विभाग ने सभी श्रमिकों से शीघ्र निबंधन कराने की अपील की है। निबंधन के लिए वे निकटतम प्रखंड कार्यालय, प्रज्ञा केंद्र या जिला श्रम कार्यालय में जा सकते हैं, या www.shramdhaan.gov.in वेबसाइट पर ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं। आवश्यक दस्तावेजों में आधार कार्ड, बैंक खाता विवरण, नामांकित व्यक्ति का आधार कार्ड और मोबाइल नंबर शामिल हैं।

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कहा, “श्रमिक समाज के सर्वांगीण विकास में मूल भूमिका निभाते हैं, इसलिए उनका सामाजिक और आर्थिक सुरक्षा से आच्छादन जिला प्रशासन की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है।”
