जिले के तकनीकी विभागों के साथ विशेष समीक्षात्मक बैठक – लंबित कार्यों के शीघ्र निष्पादन के निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में आज जिले के सभी तकनीकी विभागों के अधिकारियों एवं अभियंताओं के साथ विशेष समीक्षात्मक बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक का उद्देश्य विकास एवं निर्माण कार्यों की अद्यतन स्थिति की समीक्षा कर लंबित परियोजनाओं के शीघ्र निष्पादन हेतु आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश प्रदान करना था।बैठक में REO विभाग के अंतर्गत चल रहे कार्यों की समीक्षा की गई। PM JANMAN योजना के तहत धरती आबा का 61 रोड सहित सभी परियोजनाओं की प्रगति पर चर्चा हुई। उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि पुराने सभी योजनाओं को 2 माह के भीतर पूर्ण किया जाए।NREP, RCED एवं REO तथा बिल्डिंग डिवीजन से लंबित निर्माण कार्यों की अद्यतन स्थिति प्रस्तुत की गई। उपायुक्त ने छोटे-छोटे निर्माण प्रोजेक्ट को समयसीमा में पूर्ण करने का निर्देश देते हुए लापरवाही बरतने वाले ठेकेदारों पर शो-कॉज नोटिस जारी करने के निर्देश दिए।
PHED विभाग के जलापूर्ति संबंधी योजनाओं की समीक्षा के दौरान लंबित भुगतान को शीघ्र पूरा करने और लैंड रिलेटेड इश्यूज को प्राथमिकता से समाधान करने के निर्देश दिए गए।जिला परिषद संबंधित योजनाओं पर चर्चा के क्रम में Untied Fund एवं DMFT के अंतर्गत चल रहे कार्यों को समय पर पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए गए। छोटे-छोटे कार्य दिसंबर 2025 से पूर्व पूर्ण करने का लक्ष्य तय किया गया। PM Bhim योजना और चैनपुर इनडोर स्टेडियम के कार्यों की प्रगति पर विशेष ध्यान देने को कहा गया। MI विभाग के अंतर्गत बची हुई परियोजनाओं पर चर्चा हुई। रायडीह में स्टेडियम निर्माण कार्य की स्थिति की समीक्षा करते हुए नए कार्यों की स्वीकृति हेतु प्रस्ताव पर भी चर्चा हुई।

उपायुक्त ने कहा कि सभी तकनीकी विभागों को समयबद्ध तरीके से योजनाओं की पूर्ति सुनिश्चित करनी होगी। जिले के विकास कार्यों में किसी भी प्रकार की देरी या लापरवाही स्वीकार्य नहीं होगी। उन्होंने सभी विभाग के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि अगले समीक्षा बैठक में अद्यतन प्रगति रिपोर्ट के साथ उपस्थित हों।
