महिला जलसहियाओं के नेतृत्व एवं लैंगिक समझ को सुदृढ़ करने के लिए क्षमता विकास कार्यशाला का आयोजन

गुमला : – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत महिला अग्रिम पंक्ति सेवा प्रदाताओं – जलसहियाओं के नेतृत्व क्षमता और लैंगिक समझ को मजबूत करने के उद्देश्य से एक दिवसीय क्षमता विकास कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया। इस कार्यशाला में कुल 53 प्रतिभागियों ने सक्रिय रूप से भाग लिया।कार्यशाला का आयोजन प्रदान, गुमला द्वारा जल जीवन मिशन (JJM) के सहयोग से वीमेन फॉर वाटर प्रोजेक्ट के तहत किया गया। कार्यक्रम में जल प्रबंधन में महिलाओं की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका पर विशेष जोर दिया गया, साथ ही गुमला जिले में जल एवं स्वच्छता पहलों को सुदृढ़ करने के लिए प्रदान और जल जीवन मिशन के बीच बढ़ते सहयोग पर चर्चा हुई।इस अवसर पर विशेषज्ञों द्वारा जल संसाधन प्रबंधन, सामुदायिक भागीदारी, और स्वच्छता को बढ़ावा देने में महिलाओं के नेतृत्व की आवश्यकता पर विचार-विमर्श किया गया। प्रतिभागियों को तकनीकी जानकारी के साथ-साथ व्यवहारिक कौशल भी प्रदान किए गए, जिससे वे अपने गांवों में जल और स्वच्छता अभियानों को और प्रभावी ढंग से आगे बढ़ा सकें।
