गुमला जिले में पोषण माह का आयोजन- स्वास्थ्य और संतुलित आहार पर जागरूकता अभियान

गुमला : – गुमला जिले में दिनांक 17 सितंबर 2025 से 16 अक्टूबर 2025 तक जिला समाज कल्याण विभाग अंतर्गत पोषण माह बड़े उत्साह और सक्रिय भागीदारी के साथ मनाया जा रहा है। इस एक माह तक चलने वाले अभियान का उद्देश्य जिले के नागरिकों, विशेषकर बच्चों और माताओं में संतुलित आहार, स्वास्थ्यकर जीवनशैली और कुपोषण से बचाव के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ाना है।

उक्त अभियान के अंतर्गत जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों और आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों (AWC) में पोषण से जुड़ी गतिविधियों का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। कार्यक्रमों में साइकिल रैली, पदयात्रा, मानव श्रृंखला, प्रभात फेरी, सब्जियों की रंगोली, अभिभावक गोष्ठी और पोषण युक्त आहार के प्रदर्शन हेतु स्टॉल शामिल हैं। इन गतिविधियों के माध्यम से समुदाय में पोषण और स्वास्थ्य के महत्व को प्रभावशाली ढंग से प्रस्तुत किया जा रहा है।
इस अभियान को सफल बनाने के लिए उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर सभी प्रखंड अधिकारियों, आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ताओं, शिक्षकों और स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों को सक्रिय रूप से शामिल किया गया है।

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कहा कि पोषण माह का यह अभियान केवल जानकारी देने तक सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि यह समुदाय के प्रत्येक सदस्य को स्वस्थ जीवनशैली अपनाने और बच्चों में कुपोषण को रोकने के लिए प्रेरित करने का प्रयास है।

उपायुक्त ने सभी नागरिकों, अभिभावकों और स्थानीय संस्थाओं से अपील की कि वे इस अभियान में भाग लेकर बच्चों और परिवारों के स्वास्थ्य को बेहतर बनाने में प्रशासन का सहयोग करें।

गुमला जिला प्रशासन का उद्देश्य है कि सभी बच्चों और महिलाओं में पोषण स्तर में सुधार हो और समुदाय के प्रत्येक सदस्य पोषण संबंधी जागरूकता के महत्व को समझे l
