गुमला : जिले के विद्यार्थियों के उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन को सुनिश्चित करने हेतु गुमला जिला प्रशासन ने झारखंड अधिविद्य परिषद (JAC), रांची की आगामी 10वीं एवं 12वीं बोर्ड परीक्षा 2026 के लिए विशेष अकादमिक रणनीति लागू की है। इसका उद्देश्य छात्रों की शत-प्रतिशत उत्तीर्णता तथा उच्च परिणाम सुनिश्चित करना है।
सुनियोजित कार्ययोजना और निर्देश
उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने सभी माध्यमिक एवं उच्चतर माध्यमिक विद्यालयों के प्रधानाध्यापकों को अक्टूबर 2025 से फरवरी 2026 तक एक सुनियोजित अकादमिक एक्शन प्लान बनाकर विद्यार्थियों को प्रभावी परीक्षा तैयारी कराने का निर्देश दिया है।
उन्होंने कहा कि “अब मात्र चार महीने शेष हैं, इसलिए सभी विद्यालय तत्काल कमजोर छात्रों की पहचान कर 15 अक्टूबर से विशेष रेमेडियल क्लास प्रारंभ करें।”
रणनीति के प्रमुख बिंदु
1️⃣ अकादमिक योजना: पाठ्यक्रम पूर्णता, कोर्स रिवीजन, मॉडल प्रश्नों का अभ्यास, मॉक टेस्ट एवं प्री-बोर्ड परीक्षा का आयोजन।
2️⃣ रेमेडियल टीचिंग: विषयवार कमजोर छात्रों की पहचान कर विशेष कक्षाओं की व्यवस्था।
3️⃣ पाँच वर्षों के प्रश्नपत्रों का अभ्यास: नियमित समाधान एवं विश्लेषण।
4️⃣ उत्तर लेखन कौशल: उत्तर प्रस्तुति में सुधार और गृहकार्य की नियमित निगरानी।
5️⃣ डिजिटल लर्निंग: ICT, स्मार्ट क्लास और AI टूल्स के माध्यम से शिक्षण को अधिक प्रभावी बनाना।
6️⃣ आंतरिक मूल्यांकन: प्रोजेक्ट वर्क और मूल्यांकन कार्यों की समयसीमा में पूर्णता।
7️⃣ टास्क फोर्स: विद्यालय स्तर पर गठन कर नियमित प्रगति समीक्षा।
8️⃣ मनोवैज्ञानिक प्रोत्साहन: विद्यार्थियों में आत्मविश्वास, प्रेरणा और सकारात्मक सोच विकसित करना।
9️⃣ PTM आयोजन: अभिभावक-शिक्षक बैठक के माध्यम से साझा निगरानी।
🔟 उपस्थिति सुनिश्चितता: छात्रों की शत-प्रतिशत उपस्थिति पर निगरानी।
निगरानी और अनुश्रवण
जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खां और जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी कविता खलखो ने जानकारी दी कि सभी विद्यालयों से मासिक प्रगति रिपोर्ट मंगाकर समीक्षा की जाएगी। साथ ही जिला स्तर पर विशेष मॉनिटरिंग टीम बनाकर विद्यालयों में अनुश्रवण किया जा रहा है।
उपायुक्त का आह्वान
उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कहा कि यह पहल न केवल बोर्ड परीक्षाओं के परिणाम सुधारने में सहायक होगी, बल्कि शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता और विद्यालय अनुशासन में नई ऊर्जा लाएगी।
उन्होंने सभी प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों, प्रखंड शिक्षा पदाधिकारियों, बीआरपी और सीआरपी को इस रणनीति के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन के लिए जिम्मेदार बनाते हुए नियमित समीक्षा के निर्देश दिए।
उपायुक्त ने कहा, “आज के विद्यार्थी ही भविष्य के विकसित भारत की नींव हैं। प्रत्येक शिक्षक और प्रधानाचार्य का दायित्व है कि वे इन बच्चों के भविष्य निर्माण में सक्रिय योगदान दें।”
