गुमला : उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार एवं अभिहित अधिकारी-सह-अपर मुख्य चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी के नेतृत्व में बुधवार को नगर क्षेत्र में खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुगी द्वारा खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं स्वच्छता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए विशेष निरीक्षण और छापेमारी अभियान चलाया गया।
निरीक्षण के उद्देश्य और कार्रवाई
अभियान का उद्देश्य बाजार में बिक रहे खाद्य पदार्थों की गुणवत्ता, शुद्धता और दुकानों की स्वच्छता स्थिति की जांच कर उपभोक्ताओं को सुरक्षित व मानक अनुसार खाद्य सामग्री उपलब्ध कराना था।
टीम ने जयप्रकाश ट्रेडर्स, साबू ट्रेडर्स, मधुबन मिष्ठान भंडार और हिंदुस्तान डेयरी मिष्ठान का औचक निरीक्षण किया।

निरीक्षण के दौरान खाद्य नमूने लिए गए —

सभी नमूने राज्य खाद्य परीक्षण प्रयोगशाला भेजे गए।
निर्देश और चेतावनी
दुकानदारों को कार्यस्थल पर स्वच्छता, शुद्ध जल, उचित भंडारण और मेडिकल फिटनेस प्रमाणपत्र बनाए रखने का निर्देश दिया गया। कर्मचारियों के लिए कार्य के दौरान एप्रन, ग्लव्स और हेडनेट पहनना अनिवार्य किया गया।
अपर मुख्य चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी ने कहा कि उपभोक्ताओं के स्वास्थ्य से कोई समझौता नहीं किया जाएगा, और मानक उल्लंघन पर खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक अधिनियम 2006 (FSS Act 2006) के तहत कड़ी कार्रवाई होगी।
खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी ने बताया कि ऐसे निरीक्षण अभियान नियमित रूप से जारी रहेंगे ताकि जिले में खाद्य सुरक्षा और पारदर्शिता बनी रहे।
