गुमला : उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में निदेशक, लेखा प्रशासन एवं स्वनियोजन, जिला ग्रामीण विकास शाखा गुमला द्वारा बुधवार को रायडीह प्रखंड का निरीक्षण किया गया। इस दौरान उन्होंने पंचायत कपूर (योडोछतकपुर) के आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र, स्वास्थ्य उपकेंद्र, पंचायत सचिवालय, तहसील कचहरी एवं सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र का दौरा किया।
आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र निरीक्षण
कपूर आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र में उपस्थिति के दौरान पाया गया कि प्रतिदिन औसतन केवल 5–6 बच्चे ही उपस्थित रहते हैं। केंद्र की सेविका उस समय पंचायत सचिवालय में आयुष्मान कार्ड निर्माण कार्य में लगी हुई पाई गई।
उन्हें निर्देश दिया गया कि सभी 20 नामांकित बच्चों की नियमित उपस्थिति सुनिश्चित की जाए।
पंचायत और स्वास्थ्य केंद्र की स्थिति
पंचायत सचिवालय में आयुष्मान कार्ड बनाए जा रहे थे, जहाँ निदेशक ने निर्देश दिया कि सभी Inactive कार्ड को नियमपूर्वक सक्रिय (Active) किया जाए।
स्वास्थ्य उपकेंद्र कपूर में CHO और स्टाफ नर्स उपस्थित पाईं गईं। बताया गया कि आज तक 07 ग्रामीणों ने परामर्श प्राप्त किया है।
प्रशासनिक निरीक्षण
तहसील कचहरी में राजस्व कर्मचारी विमल लकड़ा को पंजी–2 संबंधित कार्यवाही हेतु दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए।
साथ ही सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र रायडीह में जांच केंद्र, चिकित्सक परामर्श कक्ष, दवाखाना एवं SAM–MAM बच्चों के देखरेख कक्ष का निरीक्षण किया गया।
सभी व्यवस्था संतोषजनक पाई गई।
निदेशक ने मेडिकल पदाधिकारी रायडीह को स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को और सुदृढ़ करने हेतु आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि ग्रामीण स्तर पर स्वास्थ्य सुविधा और जनसेवा दोनों प्राथमिकता में रहें।
