गुमला : उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने शुक्रवार को जिले में आयोजित साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के अंतर्गत प्राप्त आवेदनों की प्रगति की समीक्षा की। बैठक में सभी विभागों से प्राप्त शिकायतों की स्थिति का विस्तृत अवलोकन किया गया।
शिकायतों की स्थिति
अब तक जिले में जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के माध्यम से विभिन्न विभागों से कुल 1,086 शिकायतें प्राप्त हुई हैं, जिनमें—

441 शिकायतों का निष्पादन किया जा चुका है,
-
249 शिकायतें प्रक्रिया में हैं, और
-
396 शिकायतें अब भी लंबित हैं।
उपायुक्त के निर्देश
उपायुक्त ने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया कि लंबित शिकायतों का शीघ्र निस्तारण किया जाए और आम नागरिकों की समस्याओं के समाधान में संवेदनशीलता और तत्परता दिखाई जाए।
उन्होंने कहा कि आगामी समन्वय बैठक (Coordination Meeting) में सभी विभाग अपनी लंबित शिकायतों का विस्तृत विवरण लेकर उपस्थित हों और प्रगति रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करें।
प्राथमिकता वाले विभाग
उपायुक्त ने विशेष रूप से स्वास्थ्य विभाग से संबंधित शिकायतों पर प्राथमिकता के साथ कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए, ताकि नागरिकों को समय पर और प्रभावी राहत मिल सके।
