गुमला में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। इस अवसर पर जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों एवं दूरदराज़ क्षेत्रों से आए नागरिक बड़ी संख्या में उपस्थित हुए और अपनी समस्याएँ उपायुक्त के समक्ष रखीं।

कार्यक्रम के दौरान नागरिकों ने भूमि विवाद, सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ, बिजली, पानी तथा अन्य बुनियादी सुविधाओं से संबंधित शिकायतें प्रस्तुत कीं। अधिकारियों ने सभी प्राप्त शिकायतों का संज्ञान लेते हुए संबंधित विभागों को आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए। कई मामलों का निस्तारण मौके पर ही कर दिया गया, वहीं शेष शिकायतों को समयबद्ध ढंग से समाधान करने का आश्वासन दिया गया।

उपायुक्त ने कहा कि जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का मुख्य उद्देश्य प्रशासन को जनता के निकट लाना और उनकी समस्याओं का शीघ्र समाधान सुनिश्चित करना है। जिला प्रशासन ने आश्वस्त किया कि सभी शिकायतों का गंभीरता से संज्ञान लेकर उन्हें प्राथमिकता से निष्पादित किया जाएगा।
