गुमला : चोरी की घटनाएं थमने का नाम नहीं ले रहीं, दो स्थानों पर लाखों की चोरी

गुमला सदर थाना क्षेत्र के टोटो ग्राम और बस स्टैंड रोड में बीते 26 और 27 अक्टूबर की रात अज्ञात चोरों ने दो जगहों पर धावा बोलकर लाखों रुपये के सामान की चोरी कर ली। लगातार बढ़ती चोरी की घटनाओं से स्थानीय लोग दहशत में हैं और पुलिस गश्त बढ़ाने की मांग कर रहे हैं।

पहली घटना टोटो बस स्टैंड स्थित मोबाइल दुकान की है, जहां टोटो निवासी मो. फैजान खान की दुकान से 12 मोबाइल फोन, 7 चार्जर और अन्य उपकरण चोरी हो गए। चोरी हुए सामान की कीमत करीब 50 हजार रुपये आंकी गई है।

दूसरी घटना बस स्टैंड रोड स्थित राहुल कुमार के घर की है। छठ पर्व के दौरान घर खाली रहने का फायदा उठाकर चोरों ने अलमारी तोड़कर करीब 2 लाख रुपये के सोना-चांदी के आभूषण और नकद राशि उड़ा ली।

दोनों पीड़ितों ने गुमला थाना में लिखित शिकायत दर्ज कराई है। पुलिस ने जांच शुरू कर दी है, घटनास्थलों का निरीक्षण किया गया है और आसपास के सीसीटीवी फुटेज खंगाले जा रहे हैं। थाना प्रभारी ने बताया कि चोरों की तलाश में विशेष टीम गठित की गई है।
