फूलो-झानो आशीर्वाद अभियान से नारी सशक्तिकरण की नई दिशा – हाफू (कामडारा) की दामयंती देवी बनी आत्मनिर्भरता की मिसाल

गुमला : – गुमला जिला प्रशासन द्वारा महिलाओं को आत्मनिर्भर एवं सशक्त बनाने की दिशा में फूलो-झानो आशीर्वाद अभियान के अंतर्गत निरंतर कार्य किया जा रहा है। इस अभियान से जुड़कर जिले की कई महिलाएं आज नशामुक्त जीवन की ओर अग्रसर होकर सम्मानजनक आजीविका अर्जित कर रही हैं।

इसी क्रम में हाफू, कामडारा की दामयंती देवी एक प्रेरणादायक उदाहरण हैं। पहले दामयंती देवी स्थानीय शराब बनाकर बेचती थीं, परंतु उन्होंने यह कार्य पूरी तरह छोड़कर नया जीवन प्रारंभ किया। जिला प्रशासन और JSLPS के संयुक्त पहल से फूलो-झानो आशीर्वाद अभियान से मिली प्रेरणा एवं सहयोग के साथ उन्होंने सब्ज़ी खेती को अपनाया।

मेहनत और लगन से उन्होंने फूलगोभी, पत्ता गोभी, बैंगन, मेथी, धनिया, पालक, लहसुन और आलू की खेती प्रारंभ की। आज वे अपनी उपज बेचकर प्रति माह लगभग ₹8,000 से ₹10,000 की आय अर्जित कर रही हैं। उनकी यह सफलता आत्मनिर्भरता, परिश्रम और संकल्प की मिसाल है।

फूलो-झानो आशीर्वाद अभियान से जुड़कर दामयंती देवी जैसी महिलाएं आज आत्मसम्मान, आर्थिक स्थिरता और सामाजिक परिवर्तन की दिशा में नई पहचान बना रही हैं।

जिला प्रशासन, गुमला महिलाओं को विभिन्न योजनाओं से जोड़कर उन्हें आर्थिक रूप से सशक्त बनाने, कौशल विकास एवं सम्मानजनक आजीविका प्रदान करने के लिए निरंतर प्रयासरत है।
