बोर्ड परीक्षा पूर्वाभास हेतु 10 नवंबर से जिले के सभी विद्यालयों में होगा मॉक टेस्ट

गुमला : – गुमला जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी ने शत प्रतिशत उपस्थिति हेतु सभी अभिभावकों एवं प्रबंधन समिति सदस्यों से की अपील
गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी कविता खलखो ने जिले के सभी सरकारी, अल्पसंख्यक एवं स्थापना-प्रस्वीकृति प्राप्त विद्यालयों के प्रधानाध्यापकों के साथ-साथ सभी BEEO, BPO, BRP एवं CRP को निर्देश दिया है कि 10 नवंबर से प्रारंभ हो रहे मॉक टेस्ट में विद्यार्थियों की शत-प्रतिशत उपस्थिति सुनिश्चित की जाए।

डीईओ द्वारा जिले के सभी विद्यालयों के शिक्षकों सहित अभिभावकों एवं विद्यालय प्रबंधन समिति के सदस्यों से भी अपील की गई है कि वे कक्षा 10 एवं 12 के विद्यार्थियों को इस मॉक टेस्ट में अनिवार्य रूप से शामिल कराएँ।

जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी ने कहा कि मॉक टेस्ट के पारदर्शी एवं प्रभावी संचालन के लिए सभी विद्यालयों को सीटिंग प्लान तैयार करने, वीक्षक प्रतिनियुक्ति सुनिश्चित करने तथा सभी जिला एवं प्रखंड स्तरीय पदाधिकारियों को अनुश्रवण एवं दैनिक खैरियत प्रतिवेदन जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी कार्यालय को भेजने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।

ज्ञातव्य हो कि झारखंड अधिविद्य परिषद की आगामी बोर्ड परीक्षा 2026 की तैयारी के पूर्वाभ्यास के रूप में यह मॉक टेस्ट उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार 10 से 12 नवंबर 2025 तक आयोजित किया जा रहा है।

उन्होंने बताया कि सभी सरकारी विद्यालयों को प्रश्नपत्र के प्रिंटआउट उपलब्ध करा दिए गए हैं, वहीं अन्य विद्यालयों को विद्यार्थियों की सुविधा हेतु प्रश्नपत्र की सॉफ्ट कॉपी भेजी जा रही है ताकि वे भी मॉक टेस्ट में सम्मिलित हो सकें।

मॉक टेस्ट की समाप्ति के बाद विद्यालय स्तर पर मूल्यांकन एवं टैबुलेशन कर 20 नवंबर तक परिणाम प्रकाशित करने का निर्देश दिया गया है।

इसके उपरांत सभी उच्च एवं प्लस-टू विद्यालयों में गठित टास्क फोर्स समिति तथा अभिभावक-शिक्षक की संयुक्त बैठक आयोजित कर कक्षा 10 एवं 12 के विद्यार्थियों की नियमित उपस्थिति बढ़ाने, कमजोर विद्यार्थियों के लिए शिक्षकों की टैगिंग, अधिक अनुपस्थित विद्यार्थियों की पहचान, तथा बोर्ड परीक्षा की प्रभावी तैयारी हेतु रणनीति तय किए जाएंगे। उनके द्वारा बताया गया कि माह दिसंबर 2025 एवं जनवरी 2026 में मॉडल एवं महत्वपूर्ण प्रश्नों के आधार पर तैयारियों सहित कोर्स रिवीजन एवं रेमेडियल क्लास के लिए शिक्षकों के कोर टीम के नेतृत्व में सभी आवश्यक कार्य कराए जाएंगेl
