क्लस्टर आधारित मशरूम उत्पादन से बदलेगी गांव की तस्वीर

गुमला : – राज्य सरकार से प्राप्त निर्देश के आलोक में,उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के मार्गदर्शन में जिला उद्यान विकास विभाग द्वारा क्लस्टर आधारित मशरूम उत्पादन कार्यक्रम के माध्यम से ग्रामीण आजीविका संवर्धन की दिशा में ठोस कदम उठाया जा रहा है।

इसी क्रम में शनिवार को घट गांव पंचायत के काटासारू गाँव में 4 नवंबर से आरंभ हुए पाँच दिवसीय मशरूम प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का सफल समापन हुआ। कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ अपर समाहर्ता, गुमला शशिंद्र कुमार बड़ाइक की उपस्थिति में किया गया। इस अवसर पर सहायक कलेक्टर, जिला उद्यान विकास पदाधिकारी तमन्ना परवीन, मुखिया सूरजमुनि देवी एवं प्रभारी अजय कुमार उपस्थित रहे।

यह प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम जिला उद्यान विकास विभाग, गुमला के सौजन्य से एवं उद्यान निदेशालय द्वारा सूचीबद्ध संस्था APP Aggregate के माध्यम से आयोजित किया गया। प्रशिक्षण में कुल 52 महिला किसान सम्मिलित हुईं, जिनमें से 11 महिलाएं आदिम जनजाति समुदाय से थीं।

प्रशिक्षण का उद्देश्य महिलाओं को आजीविका संवर्धन एवं मशरूम उत्पादन के क्षेत्र में उद्यमिता विकास की ओर अग्रसर करना था। विशेषज्ञों द्वारा मशरूम उत्पादन से जुड़ी तकनीकी जानकारियाँ जैसे — बैग का रखरखाव, पानी का नियमित छिड़काव, मशरूम से बने उत्पाद जैसे चिप्स, साड़ी आदि पर विस्तृत प्रशिक्षण दिया गया।

समापन अवसर पर विभाग की ओर से प्रत्येक महिला किसान को 30 पैकेट मशरूम बैग एवं एक स्प्रेयर प्रदान किया गया, जिससे वे अपने गांव में मशरूम उत्पादन प्रारंभ कर आत्मनिर्भर बन सकें।

भविष्य में काटासारू के साथ-साथ इसके पड़ोसी गांवों में भी इस कार्यक्रम का विस्तार किया जाएगा, ताकि मशरूम उत्पादन का क्लस्टर विकसित कर ग्रामीण स्तर पर नए व्यवसायिक अवसरों का सृजन किया जा सके।

आज गुमला, सिसई एवं नवाडीह-डुमरी प्रखंडों में भी उद्यान विभाग द्वारा इसी प्रकार के प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए गए, जिनमें 100 से अधिक किसानों ने भाग लिया। विभाग का लक्ष्य 200 किसानों को प्रशिक्षण एवं सहयोग प्रदान कर उन्हें आत्मनिर्भर बनाना है।

इस पहल से ग्रामीण महिलाएं नई दिशा की ओर अग्रसर हो रही हैं और जिला प्रशासन गुमला महिलाओं को विभिन्न योजनाओं से जोड़कर आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण एवं आत्मनिर्भरता की दिशा में निरंतर प्रयासरत है।
