गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में, निदेशक, लेखा प्रशासन एवं स्वनियोजन, जिला ग्रामीण विकास शाखा गुमला के द्वारा प्रखंड चैनपुर अंतर्गत प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, चैनपुर के कार्यालय एवं अंचल कार्यालय, चैनपुर का निरीक्षण किया गया।
निरीक्षण के क्रम में कार्यालयों में कई कर्मचारी अनुपस्थित पाए गए, जिस पर निदेशक द्वारा प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, चैनपुर को अनुपस्थित कर्मियों की उपस्थिति काटते हुए स्पष्टीकरण मांगे जाने हेतु निर्देशित किया गया।
निरीक्षण के दौरान यह भी पाया गया कि अंचल कार्यालय चैनपुर में ओलिया कुजूर नामक आवेदिका अपने भूमि की रसीद कटवाने हेतु विगत छह माह से प्रयासरत हैं, किंतु अभी तक रसीद निर्गत नहीं की गई थी। इस संबंध में आवेदिका द्वारा निदेशक के समक्ष शिकायत दर्ज कराई गई।
शिकायत पर निदेशक, लेखा प्रशासन एवं स्वनियोजन ने तत्क्षण संज्ञान लेते हुए अंचल निरीक्षक एवं संबंधित हल्का कर्मचारी को नियमानुसार शीघ्र कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया। साथ ही अंचल अधिकारी, चैनपुर को संबंधित आवेदिका की भूमि रसीद अविलंब निर्गत करने का आदेश दिया गया।
निरीक्षण के दौरान निदेशक ने यह भी निर्देश दिया कि प्रखंड एवं अंचल कार्यालय चैनपुर के सभी कर्मी रोकड़ पंजी एवं अन्य आवश्यक पंजियों का संधारण नियमानुसार 10 दिनों के भीतर पूर्ण करें, ताकि कार्य प्रणाली में पारदर्शिता एवं अनुशासन बनाए रखा जा सके।
