प्रधानमंत्री पोषण शक्ति निर्माण योजना अंतर्गत जिला स्तरीय रसोइया कुकिंग प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन

गुमला ः गुमला जिला मुख्यालय में प्रधानमंत्री पोषण शक्ति निर्माण (मध्याह्न भोजन योजना) के तहत जिला स्तरीय रसोइया कुकिंग प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन आज जिला मुख्यालय स्थित डायट, गुमला परिसर में उत्साहपूर्ण वातावरण में किया गया। प्रतियोगिता में जिले के सभी प्रखंडों से प्रखंड स्तरीय विजेता रसोइया सह सहायिकाओं ने भाग लिया।

इस आयोजन का उद्देश्य विद्यालयों में बच्चों को परोसे जाने वाले मध्याह्न भोजन की पौष्टिकता, गुणवत्ता एवं विविधता में सुधार लाना था। साथ ही, रसोइया सह सहायिकाओं में प्रतिस्पर्धा की भावना विकसित करना, सीमित संसाधनों का रचनात्मक उपयोग करना, भोजन पकाने की प्रक्रिया को आनंददायी बनाना तथा बच्चों के भोजन में मोटे अनाज (मिलेट्स) विशेषकर रागी जैसे पौष्टिक तत्वों का समावेश सुनिश्चित करना भी इस प्रतियोगिता का प्रमुख लक्ष्य रहा।

कार्यक्रम का उद्घाटन जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खां एवं डायट प्राचार्या सह क्षेत्र शिक्षा पदाधिकारी सह मध्याह्न भोजन के जिला नोडल पदाधिकारी प्रियाश्री भगत ने संयुक्त रूप से दीप प्रज्वलित कर किया। इस अवसर पर एडीपीओ ज्योति खलखो, प्रखंड शिक्षा पदाधिकारी घनश्याम चौबे, एपीओ शुभकामना प्रसाद, बीपीओ ओमप्रकाश दास, जिला परियोजना कार्यालय के दिलदार सिंह, तथा डायट संकाय सदस्य रंजना सिंह एवं सिकंदर महतो उपस्थित थे।

प्रतियोगिता में प्रतिभागी रसोइयों ने पौष्टिक व्यंजन जैसे खिचड़ी, दाल-भात, सब्जी, सलाद, मिलेट आधारित रागी पकवान और स्थानीय पारंपरिक व्यंजन प्रस्तुत किए। निर्णायक मंडल ने स्वाद, पौष्टिकता, स्वच्छता और प्रस्तुति के आधार पर प्रतिभागियों का मूल्यांकन किया तथा सभी की मेहनत और नवाचार की सराहना की।

ज्यूरी के निर्णयानुसार:

प्रथम पुरस्कार (₹5,000) हेतु पालकोट प्रखंड के कन्या उत्क्रमित मध्य विद्यालय, पालकोट का चयन किया गया।

द्वितीय पुरस्कार (₹2500) हेतु सिसई प्रखंड स्थित उच्च विद्यालय, सिसई (प्रखंड मुख्यालय) का चयन किया गया।
विजेताओं को प्रमाणपत्र एवं स्मृति चिन्ह भी प्रदान किए गए।

जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक ने कहा कि “प्रधानमंत्री पोषण शक्ति निर्माण योजना का लक्ष्य केवल बच्चों को भोजन उपलब्ध कराना नहीं, बल्कि उन्हें संतुलित, स्वादिष्ट और पौष्टिक आहार के माध्यम से स्वस्थ बनाना है। रसोइयों की रचनात्मकता और समर्पण इस दिशा में प्रेरणादायी है।”

डायट प्राचार्या ने कहा कि “रसोइया सह सहायिकाएँ हमारे विद्यालयों की असली पोषण दूत हैं। मोटे अनाजों का प्रयोग और स्थानीय संसाधनों का उपयोग बच्चों के स्वास्थ्य के लिए अत्यंत लाभकारी है।”

कार्यक्रम के अंत में एडीपीओ ज्योति खलखो ने सभी प्रतिभागियों को धन्यवाद ज्ञापित करते हुए कहा कि ऐसे आयोजन न केवल गुणवत्ता सुधारते हैं, बल्कि रसोइयों में सीखने और नवाचार की भावना भी जागृत करते हैं।

कार्यक्रम में शिक्षा विभाग से शिवजतन साहू, सुजीत झा, रविरंजन पांडे, उमेश भगत, शशि कपूर, राकेश कुमार, आशीष केशरी, निष्मा, निशा, रश्मि, रामू , पुष्पा एवं भुनेश्वरी सहित अन्य पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी भी उपस्थित थे।
